  Tried to get gutter fixed from installation. Did not return calls. Poor communication.

  I contacted them for a quote and told them exactly what I required(2 downspout replacements). They showed up the next day and provide a quote by email. When I responded accepting their quote and asked when they could do the work, I have never heard back. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I would have been satisfied with a call or email that acknowledged my response to their quote, but nothing. I would not and will not recommend this business to anyone.

  They gave a quote for a bigger job than what we wanted saying they wouldn't do a smaller job. We paid a deposit for half the full job. When the workers showed up they said they couldn't do the job as quoted. They did less than the value of the deposit. There was no refund. In November they said they would send us a revised invoice and we have heard nothing back. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau.

  Made appointment a week and a half in advance to have them quote some work, but when the day came they never showed up. Didn't call, didn't answer their phone when I called. Very unprofessional; will be looking for someone else to do the job

  We recently had our master bedroom and ensuite bathroom renovated, along with new siding and replacement windows installed on the outside of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, efficient, and always courteous. They kept us informed throughout the project, paid attention to detail, and completed the work to a high standard. Best of all, the costs were kept reasonable with no surprises. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality renovations at a fair price. Thank you for transforming our home!

  fast response upon requesting a quote, and very professional yet friendly. finished the job on time and haven't had any problems since. Over all, a great experience, will definitely be calling them again if I ever need any more work done. 👍

  So I bought this house... I moved in and what a mess. I had to get everything done... I work away and I didn't have the ability to do anything, so I gave these guys(got gutters) the keys and went to work... and they were amazing! I didn't check on anything about their references or anything like that ... they just gave me the best service ever. Get this! I come home after 3 weeks in the bush and the place was just shining like a new penny. Also... Tammy [owner] calls me the day I guessed I was coming home and checks up. Killer. Asked if all was good. Gutters, Windows, skylights and a bachelor's trust, WOW! What service. Cheers Tammy

  When I noticed a large amount of moss build up on my roof and debris in the gutters, I called the team at Got Gutters. They did a fantastic job, installed gutter guard and the roof looks great. I highly recommend Got Gutters and they can expect my repeat business when I need any additional services.
