Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 7 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Stubbs Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Cody Stubbs came out to give us an estimate and was even able to provide a realistic ballpark of potential additional costs based on the visible rot. Everything was seamless, including the gutter installation, from start to finish, with clear communication from Cody throughout the entire process. The entire team was stellar, and we are so grateful for our beautiful new 30-year roof. Thank you!

Logan was absolutely great! We had a small hole in our roof caused by a branch, which led to some leaks. After I called, he reached out the same day and scheduled a visit just two days later (he was even willing to come out sooner, but my …

My mom had a roof put on about 10 years ago. They did a great job. I had a small problem and they came out years later and took care of it. Great company.

Highly recommend Stubbs! I used them when we moved to Napa and they coordinated directly with our realtor to help keep us out of the back and forth on timing. Also, their work is fantastic. High quality and they proactively followed up on a few items that I had forgotten about (were already paid for so wasn’t about more revenue!) I will use them for any future roofing needs.

Great service a few years back. Long over due review. We love our new roof and gutters. The owners and staff professional and thorough. Thank you!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Stubbs Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
