The roofing team was professional, did high-quality work, and the price was fair. I got several estimates from different roofing contractors, and while they were not the lowest or the highest, they stood out because they asked the right questions and spent the most time up on the roof doing a careful inspection. They explained roofing issues that other companies never brought up, including details about the roof deck, edge areas, and what the project would really need. That first visit gave me much more confidence in their skill and experience than anyone else I met with. On the scheduled start day, the crew arrived right on time and got to work right away. Patrick and the team were friendly, professional, and clearly focused on the job. They worked efficiently and finished the roof the same day. When they found some rotted wood along the roof edge during tear-off, they let me know immediately, showed me exactly what was going on, and handled the repair for the reasonable price already discussed before the work started. I appreciated the honest communication and the straightforward approach. The finished roof looks great, and the cleanup was excellent. They removed all debris, nails, and scraps from the property, which was especially important before letting the dogs back into the yard. We checked carefully and could not find any leftover material anywhere. That level of cleanup and attention to detail really stood out. They also installed new seamless gutters at the same time, and everything has worked perfectly. After strong rain and wind, the roof and gutters performed exactly as they should with no issues at all. The workmanship looks solid, and it is clear they take pride in doing roofing and gutter work the right way. I feel very confident that choosing this roofing company was a smart decision, and I would gladly use them again for future exterior projects.

We had a roofing financing concern come up, and after reaching out, Topete's Roofing got back to us quickly. Isaiah, the new sales manager, handled everything in a professional way and clearly explained the loan terms, which helped resolve the situation. It really felt like leadership had improved and the whole process started moving in a better direction. Coming from a construction and metal roofing background, I can say the roofing materials are very good quality. The roof system itself looks solid, and the product matched what was originally explained. There were a few bumps during the roofing process, like communication delays and some installation details that needed follow-up, but those concerns were addressed and the project moved toward a good outcome. What stood out most was the effort to correct issues, improve coordination, and make sure the roofing work was completed properly. The crew and office support showed more accountability, and that made a big difference. In the end, the quality of the roofing product, the improved customer service, and the willingness to make things right left us with a much more positive impression.

We had our roof, gutters, skylights, and soffit vents replaced, and the whole roofing process was excellent from start to finish. Sebastian was very helpful during the project, Isaiah made the estimate process easy, and Marvin did a great job with the gutter work along with the rest of the roofing crew. Everyone was easy to work with, pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the warranty gave us real peace of mind. After some time, the roof has continued to perform very well in Napa. Following a strong wind and rain event, we noticed a small wet spot on the attic roof decking. We called the roofing company, and Sebastian came out to inspect it. He found that wind-driven rain had gotten under a row of shingles through a nail hole. He repaired the affected area right away by replacing the underlayment and shingles, and the repair was covered under the warranty. Excellent service and a great roofing experience overall.

Topete's Roofing installed a standing seam metal roof, copper gutters, and new cedar shingle siding on our older farmhouse, along with replacing and building exterior window trim, copper trim, and gable and rake fascia trim. The finished work looks beautiful and very professional, and the crew showed real care for every detail from start to finish. Restoring an older home comes with a lot of challenges, but Isaiah found smart and practical solutions for the existing problem areas and for the issues that came up during the project. The workmanship is excellent, and the roofing and exterior finish work were completed with a high level of skill and care. The team was hardworking, respectful, and kept the property very clean each day. We are extremely happy with the final result and truly appreciate the quality of the roof, gutters, siding, and trim work. It is clear they take pride in their craft, and the whole experience was smooth, organized, and well handled. We feel lucky to have found such a dependable roofing team and would highly recommend them.
