A tree fell on our house causing not substantial roof damage outside and structural damage inside. Of 8 companies that we requested estimates, Mark Murphy with SHS was one of three contractors who showed up to give a detailed estimate. Insurance denied our claim, but still he stuck with us through the slog of Fannie Mae paperwork required for a traditional loan. Crews came for external and internal work: from a required engineer's report for a sinking wall to flooring, siding, electrical, roofing, and gutters. He communicated with us continually. All of the work was completed in a surprisingly reasonable time and we can finally call our house a home again, thanks to Mark and the SHS teams. The crews were professional and courteous. I would recommend Mark and SHS for most any work you need on your home.

When my parents roof had severe wind damage, Structured Home Services was recommended to me by a friend. I had 5 different roofing companies provide quotes for an entire new roof for my parents. Structured Home Services not only provided the best quote, they were very professional and responsive to all our questions and provided several samples of architectural shingles. Their new roof was installed and completed in just one day! And, it looks amazing! We picked Thunderstorm Grey as the color, and it is beautiful! Andres was exceptionally patient with us, as my parents were in & out of the hospital over a two month period, so we had to reschedule the job a couple times. He was very patient through the entire process! When the roofers came out to install the roof, they were very professional, polite and respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the job was done, so the yard was very clean with no debris or nails. Overall, we had an excellent 5-star experience with Mark Murphy and Andres Velez at Structured Home Services, and I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs a new roof or roof repair!

I was in the market to have my roof replaced as a result of a bad winter storm. I received a high recommendation for Structured Home Services. Climaco was there the next day after contacting him to assess the damage. The material was delivered within 2 days and I had a beautiful roof by the end of that same week. I am still extremely pleased with the results and the professionalism of his team! I will definitely recommend Structured Home Services to anyone looking to replace and/or repair their roof!
