  I really wanted to support this business. I meant one of the Owners very nice gentleman. We went over all of my wants and needs for my poolhouse. He explained I would get the proposal the following week. I realized several days went by and no proposal. I called the main line and a very nice lady answered and said he would reach out. I left for Arizona that day and did not receive his message until I landed. He apologized and said he would get it right over. I did not respond to the txt being that I was 3 hours behind and felt it was inappropriate to call or text him that late. Needless to say I tried following up a couple of days later when I returned. I can see that he read my text but never responded. It's a month later still no proposal and no response. I guess that's my red flag upfront.

  Had this company out to my house back in January 2025....they were impressive at first, stated "welcome to the family", and from there it went downhill. Said they had ordered new windows for me after coming out to evaluate and measure, multiple texts saying when they would come out but then didn't, and basically ghosted me. Seven months later and still no fix. Not sure if they just lied to me about the windows or what. Not really how you treat "family" in my opinion. At least I was able to talk a couple people out of using them so far. Poor experience.

  I hired Lynn's Home Improvements to do a simple roof repair. Unfortunately, it was not completed correctly. After the repair, my roof continued to leak. Michael, the Project Manager informed me my roof issue was larger than what appeared in the quote pictures. I asked him to fix the roof and charge me accordingly. He assured me LHI would repair the entire area. I asked the company for half of my money back and they stopped communicating. I asked for half because I take some responsibility. First, they no-called/no showed on the first appointment. RED FLAG, I should have not given this company the benefit of the doubt after they did not show up for the scheduled appointment. Secondly, the person who actually completed the repairs did not speak English. RED FLAG, never let someone touch your home you when you cannot effectively communicate to determine if the work was completed. However, I expected LHI and their third-party subcontractor to work with some integrity. I cannot recommend anyone do business with Lynn's Home Improvements. They are not ethical, and the quality of their work was awful.

  I needed roof repair. The man who arrived did not even have a ladder to get on the roof. He gave my an estimate with out even looking at the roof. He said he used a drone to take pictures. When I asked to see the pictures he told me the drone was in his car. He out right lied to me. I asked again to see the photos and he told me they were bring down loaded. Really? Down loaded from a digital camera? He would not even produce the drone. I would steer miles away from this company. The only pictures he showed me were taken from my drive way and did not show the roof at all.

  I had a bad experience with this company. They gave me an estimate, which we both signed. Then they backed out of their agreement and ignored the fact that we had an agreement. They were dishonest with me and I regretted doing business with them.

Tarp Coverage: The agreement specifies which parts of the roof would be covered by a tarp. Despite what was discussed and clearly outlined in the agreement, you insisted that we agreed to tarp your entire roof. Therefore, we were unfortunately unable to service your project.   Very Professional. After dealing with local handymen in Douglasville for years and still having to repair the same issue over and over again. I decided to call Lynn‘s home improvement. They came out, listened to me and completely fixed the roof in a couple of places, down to the boards, replaced flashing. After telling them of reoccurring issues, He kept emphasizing you can call us back for up to 3 years for ANY issues. They did a great job. And affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
