  Not the results we expected from self-proclaimed “gutter specialists.” Originally had them out to clean and seal all gutters. When we had one gutter that started leaking afterwards, even for days after rain passed, it took quite some time to get a response and get someone out to repair it. Once they came out to make the repairs, nothing was fixed, and we had sealant gunked up on the inside and outside (a no-no) of the gutter. When we found another issue with a gutter draining down the side of the house - an issue that didn’t exist before they came - we knew not to call them back out. Hired another company to fix their errors and check everything, and all is good.

  I am sorry for your negative experience. I have searched our records and unfortunately can’t find anywhere that you have been a customer of ours. Even with what you are describing we would be able to type in the notes and find your name. Would the project your speaking of be under another name? I just want to clarify that the review is being left for the correct company.

  After being led on for almost a month on getting a job done, they finally tell me they can’t get it done in time. This whole situation could’ve been avoided with honesty.

  Missed appointment and then had to wait about 15 days to just get a quote after reaching out to them. When I called to follow up On quite amount I was told the person that provided the quote is now on vacation - will have to wait until he returns. I do not recommend using Magnum.

  We had a poor experience with this company. They were late for the estimate appointment by several hours resulting in having to reschedule for another day. Then, they sent a bid for their services--which I accepted. After accepting the bid they then came back and said the work would actually be 1500 dollars more expensive than the original bid. We do not recommend this company based on our experience.

  In this time of trouble, the last thing I wanted to do was write a review I’m afraid Magnum Gutters is still selling gutters. I had them put gutters and gutter guards on my house. The men that put them on were very professional and polite They made a small mistake and Install two Gutters a little high which allowed water to back up into the house When I asked them to take a look, first they they said yes they would lower them, then said no they wouldn’t. then on top of that they called me a racist. I tried to reach out to management and the salesman that sold them to me with no success

  Worst decision I’ve ever made dealing with a home improvement company! They installed a metal roof for me which as of now is holding up well... but they left the work area a huge mess with nails and metal scraps all over the place the gutters were put in wrong and sloppily and were dented and scratched and I could never get them to stop leaking… Come to find out the owner of the company is a firefighter and this is just a side business for him apparently the workers are all subcontractors that could care less about satisfying the customer ...I paid $10,000 for roof and gutters and now I have to put plastic buckets underneath to catch the leaking rain so it doesn’t ruin my deck… Thanks Magnum!

  Contractor confirmed appointment, didn’t show, didn’t call to cancel or reschedule, didn’t respond to our attempt to reschedule and give them a second chance. 80% of success is showing up.

  Showing up would be nice and the office telling the truth would also be a plus. These guys were out last Friday and didn't finish the job, so today we were supposed to be their 1st job. Well the guys knew nothing about that, so apparently we were lied to by the office. For a week all of our gutters have been off of the house and wood has not been replaced. How do they have a rating like this, it must be an inside job (rating factor). They were supposed to have been here around 8 a.m., it's now past 2:30 p.m. HUMMM....

  Magnum Gutters installed leaf guards that looks great at a great price! Very professional and was done in one day. They cleaned out the gutters and blew the pine straw off the roof. I would use them again and highly recommend their services. Colvin Lewis

  The quality of the work appears to be average. It took days to repair four dormers. Much too slow . I’ve had two different complete roofs replaced in the past on different properties. Both were done in one day.

  The only roofing company I’d ever use! Fair prices and quick, quality work. The owner is a man of superior intellect, integrity and intestinal fortitude! He set an itinerary that left out no details so I never had to question the process. I sometimes find myself wanting a new roof just to deal with him again. 5 stars is an insult to his being but it’s all google would allow me to give. I’d rate him at least 50 stars and untold amount of rare space debris!

  Magnum was amazing from beginning to end! They replaced a large, damaged part of our metal roof. From the moment we called them, they were friendly and professional. Magnum kept us informed every step of the way, and they were quick to answer our texts and calls. The roof looks wonderful and everything was done to the highest quality. Also, Magnum cleaned up after themselves, which we really appreciate. And to top it all off (pun intended!), the price for the work was also great! Highly recommended!

  We had some leaks on our 20+/- yr old metal roof in Stockbridge. Magnum came out very promptly after receiving our call to diagnose the problem - they were very thorough and provided a very detailed proposal. Once we provided the NTP, Magnum was super prompt with project completion and they provided a 2-yr warranty for the repairs. We are super impressed with their work - start to finish and would recommend their service to others in need.
