  Hello Holly, Sorry you didn’t have a good experience with us. There are several factors that are taken into account when pricing a job like location, accessibility, and availability that can drive the price up on a relatively small job. We had a very busy season last year, and did our best to keep up with the high demand. September is a very busy time for us (and other roofing companies) and can be difficult to receive a quote during the end of the season. We hope you were able to get your shed done properly. Thank you for your review. It’s a tough time to be in business with labour and material shortages, so we’re always trying to improve our services and feedback is always welcomed.

  Disclaimer: I did NOT get any work done by Stragic Roofing. I contacted Strategic Roofing right as winter was ending and spring was starting. They were very prompt and said they would come the next day to provide a quote. No one showed up. I waited a few extra days, never head anything back. So, I emailed the company. The day after I emailed they said they had 'truck' problems and could not come till the next day. Three days later they finally came. Best part was that I asked the company to let me know when they would be accessing my property (and I specifically asked to be texted OR called) - no call or text. If a company cant be bothered to provide a quote and is constantly late AND comes on your private property without letting the owner know - thats a company that I would surely avoid.

  At least they answered the phone. Wanted to charge me $150 to come and look at my roof.....do yourselves a favour, there’s plenty of local companies that won’t charge you to come and visit and welcome your business.

  There is an apparent misunderstanding. We offer free estimates for roof replacements. We always have and will continue to do so. The $150 fee that you are referring to is for a roof assessment. That is a service that we offer to clients to observe (assess) the current condition of your roof; to determine any potential deficiencies. Upon findings, we can then determine a course of action. Sometimes, it may mean some minor repairs; other times it my mean a recommendation to for a full replacement. Unfortunately these assessments can take two men, anywhere from one hour to several hours. $150 is very reasonable considering labour cost, truck costs, equipment costs, training, fuel, insurance, etc. Also to mention, should you decide on a roof replacement, the $150.00 gets credited towards the cost of the re-roof.   We had a great experience with this company. In a time where most contractors are extremely backed up with damages from the winter we had, they did their best to get someone over to as soon as they could. We appreciate the communication and work done.

  Great great service! We had a leaking roof & strategic came out right away. Within a month our new roof was installed. Kurt and his team were absolutely fantastic, quick and cleaned up everything.

  I had a last-minute repair required on my roof because some of my shingle-roll came off in a windstorm and also I had a leak. They checked my whole roof and let me know what repairs they could do the same day they came out, and also let me know what would need doing in the future (I kind of already knew but it was good to get professional feedback!). They were very helpful and their office staff are friendly and nice and patient with lots of questions. I can't say enough good things about Strategic Roofing, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who needed roofing work done.

  Quote, Install, Follow-up and the Extra Mile! The team at Strategic Roofing in Sudbury treated us as a valued customer throughout the entire process of putting a new steel roof on our home. - The quoting process was fast, efficient and competitive - The installation was done by a team who truly cared for the work they were undertaking - The final inspection was thorough and minor corrections were made promptly - On-going support(the Extra Mile) has been above and beyond what I could have expected as additional request for service have been outside the original scope of service but still handled like they were trying to win our business I would highly recommend the team at Strategic Roofing and would do it all again with them on another home in a heart beat. -Adam
