  Monday, June 29th 2026 4:46 PM. Got cut off by a deranged employee pulling out of Tim Hortons, nearly caused me to T-Bone his work truck. Got chewed out by one of gods beautiful creatures for blowing my horn. Owner was very professional on the phone, hopefully this incident is addressed and would like an update. As a business owner myself I know how important it is to have competent employees behind the wheel or controls of equipment.

  Hey Kim, unfortunately the winter weather set in early this year making the vent replacement impossible until spring. This was explained to you in the fall. I apologize we couldn't get it replaced for you in time. We do honor our workmanship even after the warranty has long expired. I did respond to your calls everytime and did today aswell within 1.5 hours of your first call. Very unfortunate that you would leave a 1 star review after the roof has lasted so long and we even repaired the vent for you at no cost.

  Contacted this company in July to take a look at our roof after experiencing a leak. Took an afternoon off work for him to come look at it. Stood us up. Waited hours and never showed. Tried contacting him. No answer. He finally called us and told us he would come look at the roof. He Did. Quoted us and we thought all was great. Wouldn’t book us in because he said it was a small job and he would come by whenever he had time within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and nothing, called him to ensure he did not forget about us. Told us he would be coming by within the week. Another 2 weeks go by, same excuse, some more time goes by, no calls, voicemail box is full. You can’t even leave a message. Here we are a day before October (finally got the work done by someone else) and still no call, no show, no work done. Safe to say this company has the worst customer service. If you want to waste 2 and a half months of your life contact this company.

  Home roof replacement, one day strip and one day shingle install. Crew had to deal with heavy frost on the roof it being November. End result was great ! Clean up was very good. These guys are pro's.

  I did not know that getting your roof done could be such a pleasant experience. Ben and his crew were considerate, on time and professional. We went thru at least 4 companies for estimates and quotes, time consuming and a hassle. Next time I know now, I will call Ben first for any and all roofing needs. Fantastic Job!!

  RDR re-shingled my house 8 years ago. They did such a great job that I new I had to have Ben and his team back to shingle my new garage. With the rainy weather over the last couple weeks, they found time whenever it wasn’t raining to get it DONE RIGHT. Great cleanup too!
