  They fixed a patch on my roof in August 2018. Booked in October of 2018 for November 2018 for complete roof shingles. They cancelled days before stating it was too cold, re-booked for spring. The patch they fixed began to leak in the winter. I asked if they would come clear the ice from that area to help with the patch that continues to leak. They stated that they are fully booked, and that it costs $500 for ice removal and I'd be better off to find someone to do it for me. I asked them to confirm that I would be first on their list for Spring shingles. They agreed. We are now in May, booked for May 9th. I messaged to confirm the date, they stated that they cannot meet my time line demands at this time and since I was unsatisfied with their previous work (the patch that continued to leak) they cannot commit to the work.

  Did my roof in the summer of 2023 and did a fantastic job. The owner is on site working along side his crew so you know you’re getting quality. Thanks for fixing my roof it looks great! Looking forward to the next one I had a second roof done and the quality was just as good as the first one! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

  Great service, amazing work crew, and real concern to get things right. Essentially did whole roof (plus installed fan vent for upstairs bathroom) in one day.

  I had a roof repair scheduled for a month away (small job, not priority in the busy season) but the team at Stanley Roofing managed to have this completed less than a week after our initial conversation. The team was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them!

  They did an OK job, but I certainly didn't get their "A" game. They were friendly and professional, but they made some odd decisions. For instance, I had them remove my chimney. The wood on the roof where the chimney was is 3/4 inch planks. Instead of patching it with 3/4 inch wood, they cut a piece of 7/16 OSB that I bought for my garage roof, so now there is a noticeable low spot where the chimney used to be. If they had asked, I would have gladly supplied 3/4 inch wood to avoid a low spot in my roof. They did some repairs on my garage roof and used a warped 2x4 on the fascia so its got a noticeable sag. The ridge cap on the house looks like it's wandering over the ridge, and they left exposed nails and garbage in the gutters which the owner had to fix when he came to pick up the cheque. I was still overall happy with the job, but you can tell that they were in a rush to get the job done.

  Amazing customer service with prompt work completion. Excellent value, and it's obvious they care about customers. Everyone we dealt with was professional and informative. They left the work site clean, and gave a thorough report of work completed, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for all your roofing needs.
