  This is the place to go. look no further. this company is beyond amazing in everyway imaginable. The staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. The workers are polite, quick and perform top quality work. They had no problem answering any questions or working with my unique situation.   Omar and his crew did an excellent job repairing the wood siding on our home. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and explained how the work would be completed. The job was finished by the end of the day as promised, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend their services.

  We have used Straight Line exclusively for the last 10 years. We have installed a roof, deck, siding, windows, doors and most recently gutter guards. Recently, we used them in an emergency situation to assist with tarping our roof because of a leak during a rainstorm … the leak was caused by our solar system installed by another vendor….they were there to help us the next day! Every individual we dealt with from Straight Line is top notch. They really strive to do the job well and stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend them and have done so to many of my friends.

  Highly recommend! We discovered a roof leak right before we were supposed to leave on vacation, which was incredibly stressful. Our neighbor had used Straight Line Roofing and had nothing but great things to say about them. Thankfully, we were able to reach them and they responded right away. Kyle was fantastic—he came out, took pictures and explained exactly what needed to be done. They did the major repair within days which gave us peace of mind while on vacation. Kyle even came out a day later and cleaned the gutters for us during another rain storm as they were backed up and flowing over on the 2nd level. Can't say enough. Excellent service with great communication from Kyle.

  I am writing to express my sincere thanks to the crew from Straight Line Roofing. They were an amazing group of guys who made a very tough job look effortless. The team was super polite and professional throughout the project. I was particularly impressed by how clean they left the property every day; it hardly looked like we were under construction. They are a very hard-working group; they began working immediately upon arrival and only stopped for a lunch break. I also really enjoyed their music. Thank You for Your Excellent service.   I discovered Straight Line Roofing & Construction because one of their installer's trucks was in front of my neighbor's house. We called to schedule an appointment with an estimator. They were the 2nd company we were getting roof estimates from. We knew that we had at least one roof tile out of place at the time. The appointment was scheduled but they were very busy so they called back to reschedule a week forward. A wait but not too bad. Kyle, their estimator, came to our house. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and friendliness when explaining the condition of our roof. After he explained the needs for the roof (beyond the 1 tile replacement) and the cost, he also explained their financing options to pay for the work (yes, its a lot of work required). I told him we needed to get one more estimate before we make a decision. But before he left, he offered to repair (reattached and sealed) the one roof tile that I initially showed to him. He offer to do the work at no charge. He said that its an entry point for critters, so he wanted to seal it up for us so we wouldn't have that to worry about going forward. And he did. That type of customer service you rarely, ever see today. I'm still waiting for my 3rd roof company to come and give me my 3rd estimate. But if their thoroughness is not the same as Straight Line and their pricing is higher, then Straight Line will be the roofing contractor for the job. I'm going on the presumption that Kyle's experience, friendliness, and the willingness to go above and beyond the job is a reflection of the company's mission and attitude to its customers and that spills over to its staff.
