Ben is super awesome! He's quick to respond and gives honest feedback regarding our roof. He negotiates fairly, too! When we were buying a home, he inspected the roof and provided all the documentation needed for insurance and our lender super quickly! We will definitely use him for any roof repairs going forward.

We had some damage on the edge of our roof from a tree rubbing against it. We thought it may be difficult to find someone to work on a smaller project. Ben was great! He came out to take a look. He was able to find the brand on the shingle and track down a distributor that had some available as it is a discontinued color. The job was completed as promised, timely and well done. Communication was wonderful! Very knowledgeable. The roof looks great! We are planning to use them again to replace the roof of the home we are moving into!

Ben is a man of integrity. We had a leak from a high wind storm this. He installed our roof 18 months ago. So, I called him to help locate the problem. He inspected the attic and the exterior roof. Decided we had a small leak about the size of a nail head. He repaired the problem and explained I should keep an eye on the area after a few storms. I am so happy with his honesty and help. Look no farther for a roofing company. He has you covered! Robin McInnis Lindale Texas

I went with StormBusters for one reason! Ben! When Ben and I first spoke, I told him that my wife had just had surgery and that I was helping her recover and it was not a good time to talk about getting a new roof. The next time we spoke (months later) he asked me how my wife was doing and how I was doing as her care giver. That was the first thing out of his mouth. Ben has been in my home for coffee where we talked about our lives and not one word about my roof. When it was time to replace my roof, Ben got his guys there quick and they finished within a day and did a great job. Ben walked around with our insurance agent before hand and handled all the paperwork. Ben got us deals and saved us a lot of money. I am very sick and live in tons of pain. Ben was kind and compassionate and very patient. I would highly recommend Ben and StormBusters. You will not get treated any better!

Cant say enough great things about this company! We had a few big storms come through after which I found shingles on the ground. Reached out to Ben who respond promptly and professionally. He came out the next day and not only fixed an area where the shingles had come dislodged but took comprehensive photos of my roof and explained everything to me. It’s hard to know who you can trust when it comes to roof and home repairs. Without a shadow of a doubt, Ben was trustworthy and honest. Would recommend 100%!

I cannot sing enough praise for Ben Tasin and StormBusters Roofing. Ben went above and beyond to get the job done and done RIGHT. He was able to find and repair things neglected or intentionally left undone by prior roofers. He could have swept them under the rug as we would have never known, but he didn't because of integrity. That means a lot in today's world. Ben communicated with and helped us navigate the insurance and he was on site to make sure things were done properly. We have solartube skylights and thought it would be an issue. Not for this crew! The entire StormBusters crew were here bright and early and suffered thru a typically unpleasant east Texas June day for greater than 12 hrs. I cannot say how much we appreciate - 1. Ben Tasin, 2. StormBusters Roofing, and 3. the roofing crew who were courteous and knew exactly how to do things in a professional and efficient manner. Thank you guys!
