  They have been paid in full, did not complete the project, the phone numbers they gave are no longer in service. Multiple calls to their other branch and Kyle doesn’t answer. Metal roof not properly fastened .. very disappointing

  Still no payment as of 12/2/24. Over a year since they rented a trailer. As a small business owner I hate to leave a bad review, but I've been trying to get paid for 8 months for a dumpster I rented to this company. No one will return my calls or messages. Never had any issues with them before that. Hopefully this will get someone's attention and they will make it right.

  I had Stormpros replaced my roof a couple of years ago. There is a spot on the ridge where the plywood is broken from what looks like someone stepping on the roof when they were roofing it. It started leaking and I called them. They came out and looked at it and said they would schedule it to be fixed. I called several more times and they came and put a tarp over the damaged area. I call at least once a week and they have yet to fix the roof that is under their warranty. I first contacted them on March 1st. It is May 24th. I am still waiting. It would take them less than an hour to fix the small spot. They will do a roof but will not follow up and do the warranty work from their own employees. I guess I need to get a lawyer to get my roof fixed.

  If I could give them negative stars I would. Told me on 4 occasions they were coming to my house and never showed up nor called to say otherwise. Take your business elsewhere please.

  This company installed my roof and left the job incomplete. I have had shingles in front of my house for a month and a half, for the mother in law suite in my back yard. I have called numerous times with no response. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

  Thankful for the fast communication. Storm pros came out and tarped my roof the same day I called about a leak. They worked well with the insurance company and followed up throughout the whole process. Covered my plants bushes etc. loved working with them and have been recommending them since.

  My husband has always worked closely with the company in the past and they have always done work for us here and there. Built a small deck for us out back at a pretty reasonable price compared to all the quotes we received.

  Patti and the folks I dealt with were always very professional and polite. The app and invoice to pay was also a nice feature. My wife and I are very happy with our new roof.

  Fantastic work done quick. They were able to repair my roof from where a tree fell on it. Looks like nothing ever happened.
