  We had a new roof put on a few years ago when we bought our home it took his crew around a week to complete the job and several nails were left. In the immediate aftermath, a couple of the shingles shifted so we called him back. He promised to come back out the next day. He did not. This went on for 2 weeks and he never came back to fix the shingles. We have now noticed several more shingles have moved and we have called him again. Again, he said he would come out to take a look yesterday. He did not come out and said instead he'd come out today. He did not come today either.

  Several issues with installation. Never shows after work is completed. I've been told numerous time he will come fix the issues I'm cutting losses and hiring another company to correct his work.

  Sorry boss sits in the truck and slave drives his workers making all the money for him. Some of the roofers 2 nailing and nailing over rotting wood. Smoking pot on the job. Left nails and trash behind.

  I called their number purely by accident today and the man who answered was rude and simply hung up on me. If he acts like this for something so benign, then I would I never have his company reroof my home....

  Don't waste your time. Called this guy on a monday for some repair work. He asks me to call him back that friday to schedule something that weekend. I call him and then he tells me he will give me a call on saturday (next day) when he's on the way. Next day nothing, doesnt answer phone calls, complete no show. Call someone who's trying to work.

  Walked off the job, leaving my roof unfinished and stole my remaining shingles. Do not hire this guy.

  Mr. Townsend is a very professional and honest man. He quickly found the cause of my leak and repaired it very fast. I highly recommend him!!! Thank you Mr. Townsend for helping me out with my problem.

  Alan Townsend did a wonderful job.He took all the shingles off all the way to the decking and replaced all the bad wood that needed replaced and only took a day and a half. He did what he said he would do and was very respectful. Highly recommend him you won't be disappointed.

  We had a leak on the ceiling. When I called on the Sunday he answered quickly. Mr Townsend came right over. I explained what the problem was. He found the leak immediately. He also did an inspection of the rest of the roof. Other problems were found and repaired. The fee was very reasonable. He was professional and friendly. Got the job done. I highly recommend this company.

  Mr. Townsend arrived on time, quickly found the leak, and repaired it. After a week of heavy rain in the area, I have not experienced any further leaking issues. Thank you, Mr. Townsend, for fixing my roof leak. I appreciate the excellent service.

  We had a wonderful experience with Alan and his team! They went above and beyond for us by replacing a lot of rotten wood we didn't know we had over our kitchen and front porch. Now we have piece of mind that our roof is solid and in good shape. They replaced the old metal with brand new. I highly recommend them!!

  Alan and his crew did one hell of a job!! He's straight forward with you and does the extra stuff to make the job right. Rain or shine these guys have earned my respect and I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Alan and his hard working team.
