Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company represented by Douglas S. Barton, project manager and their Manager Jim Mc Elroy never showed me the final estimate that I would have to accept to fix my roof, they told me …

Mr. Cabello, thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, we have tried contacting you multiple times about the material that you have stolen from us. You have not returned our calls and we are now seeking legal ramifications for the theft of materials that we have paid for and you are holding hostage. We first knocked your door in 2019 - at the time you told us that you were not interested. It was you who called the next year to have us come back out to your home and discuss a roof replacement. We have documented multiple instances of you telling us that you fully understood our contract. When you asked to cancel the contract we understood and informed you of the $2,300 cancellation fee. We informed you multiple times that your out of pocket fee for this project would only be your deductible, $2,500. We are not sure where you are coming up with the $11,000 out of pocket payment. Please let us know when we can come pickup the material we have paid for.

We started with Antonia and finished with Dustin Bowers. They made the process of roof replacement simple on me and dealt directly with the insurance company. After roof replacement, we STILL had a leak unrelated to the replacement. Dustin …

I just encountered my first experience with Steve Kemper Builder and I have to say it was absolutely first class. I now have a roofing company to go to for any repairs or damage in the future. All of my interactions with the Adam were extremely helpful. What I liked the most, is that during each phase of the process I was made aware of exactly what was going on and what progress had been made. Oh,...and the repair was top notch! I highly recommend this company for anyone who has a damaged roof.
