  The company is replacing a roof on my street. Because of health issues I have handicap parking along the street. I spoke with the 1person who spoke English. I was ask if I always park in the same spot. I do, since it's clearly marked handicapped. The side walk has been blocked and today there truck was pulled further into my parking spot. NO regard for others in the area.

  After a big windstorm, we discovered pieces of roof shingles scattered all over our yard. Suddenly, after 30 years with a trouble-free roof, we found ourselves needing major repairs or even a complete replacement. We were very concerned about the costs and the possibility of issues if the work wasn’t done properly. Our next-door neighbor, who’s a home renovator, recommended Happy Home Roofing to us. When we called, they quickly set up an appointment for us with Ryan Hubley to inspect the damage. Ryan photographed our entire roof using a drone and went through the pictures with us so we could see the damage firsthand. We were immediately impressed! It was such a clever way to do the inspection — no climbing on our aged roof risking further damage, and we didn’t have to blindly trust someone else’s word about what needed to be fixed. Ryan even sent us the photos online so we could keep them for our records. He spent as much time with us as we wanted, explaining each component of the roofing systems that HHR installs. He showed us examples of the types and qualities of shingles, the metal drip edge and flashing, the ice and water barrier, the tear-resistant underlayment, the screened ridge vent, and the specialized shingles for the eaves, rakes, and hip/ridge caps. He also showed us the lifetime-guaranteed pipe boot/flashing and vent replacements, and even discussed the type of nails, fasteners, and sealant they use. It was clear that Ryan is a top-notch roofing expert, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is also genuinely personable. When going over the paperwork, he answered all our questions and concerns directly, respectfully, and thoroughly, which really put our minds at ease. When we asked for advice, he even came by and helped us determine the best color of shingles to complement our house.   Happy Homes Roofing did an excellant job on our new roof. They covered everything and cleaned up everything after they were done. Ryan was very informative on what to expect. and oversaw the job. Kim kept us informed as to any rain delays. We would recommend Happy Homes for your roofing needs.

  The absolute best company I’ve worked with. After my home sustained roof damage from a tornado last year, I took a chance with Happy Home. They were incredibly responsive to every email, message and phone call, but what truly made them outstanding was how they helped me navigate a difficult insurance claim. My insurance provider stonewalled me at every turn, and Happy Home went above and beyond to advocate for me every step of the way. The actual roof replacement was done to perfection: efficient, solid work, and it looks beautiful. Also, kudos to Bill for coming out and doing a temporary patch-up during the inspection. You won't find a better and more trustworthy company.

  This is a wonderful company. Prompt response when I asked them to evaluate a small area of damage on my roof. Bill was great. Gave me a very fair estimate (which did not change after the work was completed), walked around my house & pointed out a few areas needing attention that I could do myself. He was very efficient, even fixing a loose downspout he noticed! Will use them again.

  Ryan and Kim were so helpful and are experts in their craft! I 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing a roof replaced. I had a specific issue with needing vents installed while the roof was getting replaced, and Kim worked diligently to find a business that could do that for me. Thank you all for your hard work!

  I got a much needed new roof in Dec 2025 -- Happy Home was just able to squeeze it in on a day where the temps were high enough. It looks nice. Roof and gutters have weathered the nasty snow and ice we have had end of January and in February.

  Highly recommended. The people at Happy Homes have integrity and are trustworthy. They rebuilt my original mansard roof that was severely damaged over the past 130 years. Much of the structural wood was rotting and the flat top was torn exposing the underneath. Ryan assessed it within 30 minutes, showing me photographs and measurements of what needed to be done. Angel and his crew worked from morning to dark. They were skilled, hardworking, supportive, and cleaned everything in the yard on a daily basis. Ryan called consistently throughout the process to check-in.

We see granule loss with a fresh install and again when the roof life nears its end. In this case, this roof was more than ready for an update. Give us a week or two to schedule and coordinate the big day and we will have this family ready for Fall storms!4 days ago
