  Buyer beware with this company. They took a deposit of over $300 of mine and then turned around and canceled the project and refunded me my money. That was after they rescheduled the project two times and I had to call off of work. This is a very very unprofessional company. Shane is very unprofessional. Renee is not much better. For a local business you really let me down guys! Do not click on this website people!!

  Ben, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. You’re correct that we should have identified the gutter compatibility issue earlier. After further evaluation by our gutter foreman, we determined that the existing metal roof overhang would need to be modified in order for a 6" gutter system to be properly installed. Once that option was discussed, we completely respected your decision not to move forward with that adjustment. Regarding the rescheduling, the delays were unfortunately caused by weather-related setbacks that impacted our production schedule. While we do everything possible to minimize disruptions, weather is something we cannot control, and we understand how inconvenient that can be—especially when time off work is involved. Ultimately, we made the decision not to proceed so that we wouldn’t perform work that didn’t meet our standards, expectations, or within your budget. Your deposit was fully refunded, and no work was performed. We genuinely regret the inconvenience and disappointment this caused and wish the outcome had been different.   Amazing Company. Great service and very professional from start to finish...Best Roofing company in the area hands down...New Roof looks outstanding..   The process from beginning to end went very well. Sean, Christian and Rene were professional and personable. The crew who installed the roof was capable and respectful. Other than a new roof, you wouldn’t have known that they were there. It is a job well done from everyone involved.

  Alissa and one of the owners of Home Source worked with my insurance company for several months for a wind damage claim. They were persistent, thorough, honest and a pleasure to work with. I can’t speak highly enough about Alissa from our first meeting to helping with color choice and my HOA. The installers turned a tired house into one I am very proud of. Highly recommend this company and ask for Alissa!

  After seeing local reviews, I contacted Home Source Roofing to inspect our roof, as we tend to have a lot of storms pass through our area and it had been awhile since we had an inspection. Brandon and Sean came out, did a thorough inspection and identified key areas that needed repaired. They even made sure to check our shed roof, as that had incurred some damage over time. They provided photos to show where the repairs were needed, promptly sent over an estimate and quickly scheduled our repairs. Christian came and completed the job and made sure to keep me informed on its progress. Their team is a solid group of professionals and we will definitely use them again in the future.   The Home Source team is exceptionally professional. I needed an estimate on roof repairs, which they provided promptly, and then they took steps to expedite the scheduling of the job. Alissa Kent was my lead contact person, and she was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Some issues arose that were not the fault of Home Source, and Alissa helped to resolve these with speed, flexibility, and understanding. Also appreciate the help I received from Danielle and Christian. A top-notch team all around.

  I would like to give a shout out to Alissa Kent for her professional and courteous manner when she came to my home to give me an estimate for repairs to my house.   Home Source Roofing was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We appreciated RandyHarden, the salesperson who was so helpful and friendly. He helped us with financing and came on the day of installation. I spoke to Rene about the scheduling of installation who was very thorough and helpful. After installation Christian Buzzard was there for the inspection. The crew who did the roofing was especially careful of the property and did a great job during the process and cleaning up afterward. If anyone needs a roof please consider Home Source Roofing. You can't go wrong.

  Home Source did our siding and gutter project and did an incredible job for a reasonable cost. The consult and estimate was very thorough taking into account our unique needs. The work crew showed up ready to work, were very organized, and checked in with us on our thoughts as they were going. They stayed on task and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of they day and at the end of the project. The owner and initial consultant also stopped by during the project and at the end to follw-up. We HIGHLY recommend Home Source.
