My husband and I both called Steve and left messages on his voice-mail. He hasn't returned our calls and he doesn't want to uphold the contract he mailed to us over 6 months ago, for our roof to be fixed. There's no integrity with this man.

The only thing that is correct about this review is that we will not be working for you! I never mentioned that I would not honor the contract or the pricing. We have been a little overwhelmed with phone calls from all the storm damage in the last few weeks as everyone knows. However our company is doing great considering the weather conditions we have fought this spring. As for questioning my integrity, you clearly know nothing about me or my wonderful staff. Thanks for letting us know you no longer need our services.

Asked for FB recommendation and was told this company did good work. Called and was met with rude service, condescending conversation and no call back. Absolutely certain they had no time for my business.

Steve did an outstanding job on our roof. They worked with us to find a schedule that fit our needs, showed up when they said they would, and the final bill matched the estimate exactly. The quality of the work was excellent, and they left absolutely no mess behind when the job was finished. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and I really couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

My wife and I decided to purchase a home in Sun City West, Arizona before even listing our house in Rochester. Upon inspection of the Rochester home, we found we needed a new roof. Steve Gentry Construction was very helpful and worked with us to get a new roof on our house within a two week period, earlier had it not been for the 13 inches of snow we got. The planning, the quality of work, the timeliness, and especially the cleanup were amazing. The best part about working with Steve and Charles was that you could tell that they were both genuinely concerned about your situation. They were responsive whenever we called or texted. Great job and I hope the new homeowners appreciate all the fine workmanship.
