  Edit: No, my name is not in the system because I am not the homeowner. However, I live in a home that was serviced by your company. I am not a troll. The homeowner may have given permission to drive in the yard, which is fine. I was saying I was not thrilled with the large ruts left behind. This was an honest review of your services. Like I said, the roof looks great, but everything else fell short. I do hope you take reviews like this seriously and look into the customer service concerns to help improve your business for the better. The sad part is your dismissal of my review with no offer of remedy or apology. (And yes, we are still picking up nails). Original Review: The roof looks great! I was not home most of the time while the work was being done, but both times I stopped in, I tried to say hello to the workers, offered water, and even thanked them for their work. Each time I was looked at like was interrupting or just ignored. I am not very thrilled with the fact that there are large ruts in the yard from where they parked the trailer and that we are still cleaning up nails all over. I understand that is kind of part of it.. but there were nails all over my driveway also - which is not close to my house to make sense. Also pretty sad that my flowers were trampled and left with the downspout laying across them. Worked kind of hard reviving them when I first planted them, but now I'm not sure they will survive.

  Edit: Again, we were never notified of any issue we needed to rectify. As long as I have been in business I have always fixed any issues brought to my attention with any customers. Whoever owns your apartment or complex never called with any issue, nor did you. If you want results in the future with anything like this, reach out and ask for further service, I guarantee you would have got it. We had no knowledge of anything you were upset with, instead you filed a bad review. A little communication goes a long ways I now know I am being trolled. Your name is not in my system. We never drive on yards without permission. You have not ever contacted me with any concerns. Pretty sad this is what this is turning into.

  We called for a roof inspection and we were told they would be here within a week. They never showed up. So we called and asked what's going on and told I meant 7 days not a work week so I will be there tomorrow. Also he didn't want to come 40 minutes out without going to more than one call. Then we waited around all day just for him to not show up and we called to see if they were still coming and he never answered so we left a message. We called the next day and he never answered. Just would have been nice to what was going on and if he was actually going to come. We wasted a week waiting for him to come look at our roof when we could have had someone else come out. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

  I apologize. We tried getting there many different days. With the high call volume from all of the storm damage, despite how hard we try, we can't service every person. You had already filed a claim and had an insurance adjuster scheduled so no matter what I said they are already coming, and no matter what I say the decision is up to the adjuster. Matt said you are home all day everyday working from home so I'm not quite sure how I'm the one the kept you home everyday. Again, we are sorry. Wish there was more time in everyday

  They came and replaced it in one day with minimal interruption to my Daily life. They kept their job site clean. My Roof had all kinds of different slopes and they mastered it. Would highly recommend plus they’ll beat any bit out there.

  I've worked with the Ronningen Roofing crew several times and it's really impressive the service and end product they provide. I would highly recommend calling them for an estimate when you have the need for a roof, flashings, etc. You won't be disappointed!

  Outstanding experience with the team from Ronningen, Everything from inspection to quote to finished product was done efficently, professionally and timely. I had the roof replaced on the house and detatched shop. Coudnt be more pleased.

  Jourdan at Ronningen and the entire crew from Shorty to Lindsey were great to work with. We had a difficult claim that initially got denied but Jourdan’s guidance helped me navigate and push back, and eventually got the roof covered for replacement! He checked in often and the roof looks great. Now just waiting on that final insurance check. He even went out of his way after insurance clearly misrepresented our policy to offer tips on how we can pursue further action against the insurance company if we so choose.
