  I chose All Craft after a storm damaged my roof. I was in the middle of selling my house and they were the cheapest quote, (recommended by the sellers agent) so I went with them. Good communication from beginning to until they got their deposit. After that the point of contact changed. They became slow to respond and I was met with voicemails until work was done. I was sent an email by a guy Cayla (or something) saying work would be completed on set day. That day came around and no one showed up. My agent reached out and they said the work would be done the week after and asked where we got our info from. I sent him the email he sent me, called him out on his lie and nothing. No apology, didn’t even try to backpedal. No response at all…They did show up the next week as he said. My house closed before the work was finished and I haven’t seen the quality of work. Thumbs down experience overall but since insurance covered all costs and the house is sold, I don’t care anymore. If I was paying out of pocket I would be much more disappointed with them.

  Hi Robert, thanks for the review. It’s not always nice to get one like this, but at least we learn where we can improve. This is, in no way, shape, or form not the experience we want people to have with us. We will be looking into this to find out what happened and why. UPDATE: We continue to discuss this at the management level. We’re glad we got your roof right—but that’s only half the battle. The other half is making sure your property is treated with the respect it deserves. We’ve spent years building a reputation as the best crew in the business, and we’re tightening our cleanup and inspection process to keep it that way. Even if a mess like this only happens once a year, that’s one time too many.

  I contacted this contractor to inspect my roof after a golf ball hail storm. They said i had hail damage and need a new roof so i hired them. The adjuster shows up and the contractor did not. I did reach out to him and he was dealing with family times, but he should've informed the company so they could've sent someone else to represent. Very un-professional. Adjuster said not enough damage.

  Kyle, We love great reviews, and we are always disappointed when we fall short of providing the 5 star experience most of our customers have come to expect. We are extremely sorry that you experienced time delays on your project . While weather and a tight labor market can make it difficult to be accurate in scheduling, but even with these issues taken into consideration, we fell short on communication. This review will prompt us to have some discussions with team members about how to be even more clear in our communications. As for the glass in the driveway, we are especially sorry. We will be having conversations with our teammates who were sent to clean and who gave the impression that you weren't right to ask. You have every right to a clean jobsite, and we will continue to make that a priority in our future training issues. Thank you for your honest review. It doesn't always feel good, but when we get these reviews, we are at least given a chance to grow as a company. Thank you.

  We had a terrible experience with All Craft. The siding crew seemed to be a contracted company and did a terrible job. They were unprofessional in that they stepped all over our landscaping with no regard. The music was so loud I had to ask them to turn it down some. It wasn’t just on it was blaring. They replaced our siding but not the trim which was sitting in our driveway. There is no way to get that added now that the siding is on. They damaged our brand new gutters having to get an entirely new set. They also damaged the door frame to the garage and left pieces undone such as not screwing small pieces back to the siding. It was left in worse condition than when they started. I have had to reach out countless times asking to have the bill finalized so we can move on and we have yet to see it. I am not sure what is taking so long now that the job is “done” and has been for quite sometime.

  Damaged my air conditioning unit and tried to get out of it when doing my siding. Left all disconnects and lights and wiring exposed for anyone to get electrocuted I don't recommend them to anyone and didn't even do what the insurance company told them to do.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience with All Craft Exterior and Mark’s Crew! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing job All Craft Exterior and Mark’s crew did on our home. From start to finish, they were polite, professional, dependable, and always willing to listen to our needs. They arrived early every day, worked incredibly hard, and cleaned up so well that they left our property spotless. They even worked through some of the hottest days of the summer and still made amazing progress. Their dedication and attention to detail truly stood out. This is the second home we’ve trusted All Craft Exterior with, and this one is our forever home. That says a lot about the trust we have in their work. We’re already planning to have our roof done in the next couple of years, and we will absolutely be calling them again!   I had sent an E-mail requesting an estimate for new gutter on my house to three different companies, i received a call from All Craft Exteriors right away, stating they could come out to review. The other companies either didn't reply or replied a couple days later. Corey stopped over and gave me a quote the same day - he explained where the downspouts would need to go and how they would install the gutters- he also explained when my project could be installed. The quote came in exactly what I had anticipated, and the work was completed shortly thereafter the deposit was made. Day of Installation: I received a call from the installer, letting me know he was on his way and asked if i had any concerns about my project prior to them doing the work. The work was done professionally and quickly - looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend All Craft Exterior, and they will be top on my list for any additional exterior work on my house.
