I am bit late to review but have to highlight the amazing experience I had with Spyder roofing. I don't know who runs the company but need to give Gustavo a promotion or a bonus or something. Working with Gustavo was like working with Michelin star chef. He was professional, respectful, extremely helpful, listened to what we wanted, open to negotiation, followed through, checked up on us regularly to ensure things were going smoothly. He was always available over the phone when the contractors or we had questions. He made the process seem easy. We are thankful to Gustavo for all his help and the quality work his team did. Thank you

They did a great job especially Gilbert. They were very communicative and they talked with our insurance who didnt want to pay our new roof after multiple tries. Very honest work here in Rowlett definetely recommend.

Amazing customer service. I had Spyder roofing come out and inspect a roof on a house we are buying and they explained everything to use and showed us areas that were minor but to watch for. Very detailed explanation of everything and top notch customer service. The owner was incredibly polite. They definitely take customer service to another level. Thank you guys!!!!!

We recently had our roof replaced and our siding painted by Spyder Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Gustavo, was very friendly and professional. He did a great job checking on the workers to make sure everything was done properly. The work was high-quality. Highly recommend Spyder Roofing!

They came as a door knocker. I had some unique issues and I got competing bids. They ended addressing every issue and went overboard making sure I would be happy.
