  They trespass on property..... I had a sign that specifically said no solicitation and I am in an area that does not allow solicitation and I work the night shift and I have been disturbed in the last 2 weeks by very disrespectful people that not only ring the doorbell multiple times but also knock on the door and when they do this my dogs go crazy and now I'm wide awake I have called multiple times asking them to specifically stop and it goes straight to voicemail.... I'm a very peaceful person and sadly no one from the company can get back to me as I have emailed and I have called and at this point I just want to just declare that I have given up. Please leave LAWLER PARK!

  Be careful of this people. They tried to convince me for 2 of my properties that they will claim the roof damage through the insurance and take care of everything. I just gave them 2 opportunities and they claim the false damage which the insurance didn't approve it. DO NOT FALL IN THIER TRAP since they even don't know what they should claim and if the insurance will approve it or not. They will hide all the facts and don't care you will have a decline claim on your history and your insurance will go up for no reason. I shared my experience so you guys be careful with this scam.

  Their project manager, Jimmy, is not someone I would consider trustworthy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with him. Modified: Your statement does not enhance your credibility. I would have appreciated greater transparency in your communication. Given the lack of respect and openness that I expect from a business, I see no reason to reach out to you further.

  Christian had been absolutely amazing throughout the process of our new roof and gutters installation project! He provided clarity prior to the project on all the steps it entailed. During the project, he made sure he was there checking up on the crew members, and also taking care of them, while ensuring they perform a high quality job! I would highly recommend Christian Salguero and Pro American Roofing for your roof installation or repair project! Thank You Christian!!

  Wesli and Braxton have been beyond helpful, and above all Pro American Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing our roof. Wesli contracted our insurance company and filed a claim and my wife and I never had to do a thing. If you are in need of a Roofing company Pro-American Roofing will do you a wonderful job and make the process of dealing with the insurance company streless.

  I highly recommend Wesli for any roofing project! I first noticed her when she was overseeing a roof installation for my neighbor, meticulously watching the work from start to finish from her car. I approached her about getting my own roof done, and she took complete care of everything from that first day until well after completion. She is incredibly responsible and dedicated. When we ran into an issue reinstalling my Tesla solar panels after the roof work was done, Wesli stepped right in. She coordinated directly with the installer and ensured everything was fixed perfectly. If you want someone responsible who truly looks out for their clients, Wesli is the person for the job!

  We’ve had an amazing experience with Pro American Roofing. Michale and Christian have been so helpful along the way. We have had a full roof replacement done recently and we absolutely love the professional work done and how the new roof turned out. Although the crew worked fast and completed the new roof in an about 8-10 hours, when we filed a claim about 8 months ago with our Insurance, having just moved into the home with a 8 year old banged up roof from a ton of hail damage, the insurance denied our claim. Michael and Christian and Pro American Roofing worked with us to have a public adjuster look into this and they successfully got the insurance company to settle for a full roof replacement. Totally amazing company to work with, won’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. You guys rock!

  Obed & Jimmy are the best!! I was initially only partially approved, but Pro American Roofing fought to get me a full roof approval, plus additional items on my property covered! Very transparent and professional!

  This roofing company takes care of everything form start to finish. They met with the insurance adjuster and when the insurance claim came back with a ridiculously small partial repair estimate they hired a public adjuster to meet the insurance adjuster and a few weeks later I received full shingle replacement insurance claim coverage. The Project Manager Robert Hoddembagh took care of Pre-planning, installation, clean up and follow up. He treated the project like it was for his own home. He took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and I didn’t have to worry about anything. When I work in my front yard people stop and compliment my new roof and other contractors working on the exterior updates have also complimented the quality of work on the roof. I am 100% satisfied and have referred this roof company to several of my friends.

  The roof turned out great! Michale Allen did an amazing job, and has a great team! Christian did a great job making sure the project went smoothly, and made sure some very nice, durable, high quality roof tiles were installed on the roof.

  I highly recommend Pro American Roofing! My insurance claim was initially denied, but Jimmy and Evan completely turned things around. They were incredibly knowledgeable, navigated the appeals process seamlessly, and successfully got my claim approved. The overall experience was relatively stress-free, and their team's professionalism was unmatched.

  I had an excellent experience with Pro American Roofing! From start to finish, Josh and Christian were professional, honest, and responsive. My roof was initially denied by my insurance, but Josh and Christian went above and beyond to get us approved for a full roof replacement. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right and left clean. I highly recommend Pro American Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.
