  The first job they did in December was fine, so we signed up to have them repair our chimney. The crew was late, always had excuses like stuck in traffic and then show up 4-6 hours later. The chimney was repaired except for the flash. This prevents water from coming in. The following Sunday we had rain and then water pouring in from our ceiling and fire place. I left a voice mail. Nobody called back until the next day. The burden of proof was on me including sending multiple videos and pictures of the damage. At the same time I'm getting daily texts to pay the bill. Really? You screwed up the job and delayed jumping on it to fix it. It took a whole week to get a crew out to fix the flash and another week to check on the damage inside the house. All while I am getting a daily reminder to pay the bill. That shows where their priorities are. Amazingly I get daily reminders to take their survey and provide feedback.

  Work was completed, but I an not confident that the correct work was done, or that I paid for something I didn't necessarily need. I initially reached out to Firehouse roofing to take a look at a leak that I started to have in my master bathroom. George came out, went up to the roof and took video/pictures of the issues. He explained to me where the water was leaking and how to address it, as well as some preventative repairs that will have to be done down the line. I usually take my time to shop around but based on George's report, I decided to go forward with the repairs needed to stop the leak at the time. The work was done on Friday, and it rained that weekend. The leak continued to happen and I was immediately worried that the right work was not performed. I reached out to Firehouse and explained I was still having the same leak. They came back out that Monday to address the issue. The people that came out showed me what they did. This is where I started to second guess what I just paid for as they performed work that they did not do the first time around. At this point, I am not confident that the right work was done and that I may still have issues in the future. I got in touch with the Firehouse customer service team and asked for a manager to get in touch with me. They followed up with a warranty call; not what I asked for. I reached back to to make sure they knew I wanted to speak with a manager. I was transferred that same day with Erik. I explained the issue and we set up a call for the following day. Erik explained to me where George did not fully look at all the points that could be causing the issues, but that the new repairs performed on Monday would take care of the issue going forward. Erik was going to send me the pictures of the work to put my mind at ease. It's been two weeks now and I haven't seen the email come through. I understand that things may come up, but two weeks would suffice to send me the email. I am the first person to recommend se

  I was quoted a price in person. Was going to have additional work done. Both jobs were combined into one price. I decided not to do the second job. When they billed me for the original job, the price was 3x the amount I was told in person. My fault for not getting the price in writing.

  They did great work but would not honor the warranty about animal proofing the attic. Squirrels got in after a couple of months and they refused to cover additional repair

  Fire roof “fixed” my roof which had a leak and said they found to cause , leaking again, same place!!

  The gentlemen from Firehouse Roofing were referred to us by Baker’s Brothers and were incredible. They were respectful and kind. Diego did an excellent job. He showed me before and after pictures of the job they did and included areas of concern that we weren’t even aware of. He even scheduled a consultation quickly before they left.

  I would give Firehouse Roofing about a 10 out of 10. They were on țime and finished replacing a brand new roof in eleven hours. Cameron kept me up to date with pictures of the work in progress. The crew cleaned up all of the worksite and there were no problems whatsoever. I’m very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them to replace or repair your roof.

  Max was contracted by Baker Brother for their install job. Max was very informative. He identified a couple issues with our plumbing vents that he was not contacted to fix, but he suggested these be looked at. I feel confident that Max acted in our best interest with his suggestions. Max did a great job!

  Brandon from firehouse roofing came out after milestone replaced my water heaters. He checked the roof seal to the water heaters and made it look brand new! He was quick and professional, great experience!
