  Wish I had shopped around for prices to repair a leak. Thought it made good sense to contact Springfield Roofing since they had done the last roof replacement. Lesson learned.

Recently, a former customer posted a review expressing dissatisfaction with the price of a completed leak repair. While we always welcome open dialogue, we believe it's important to share a few key facts in this case for clarity and fairness—not just for us, but for any future customers doing their research. The Facts: The customer hired Springfield Roofing through a signed contract that clearly outlined the scope of work and the exact total cost of the job. We never performed any work prior to receiving that signed agreement. Upon completion of the job, the customer was billed exactly what was agreed to in writing. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no changes to the original agreement. The customer later acknowledged via email: "The requested work was done satisfactorily and in the time frame agreed to. My only complaint was the price." We stand by the quality of our work and the fairness of our pricing. Springfield Roofing is a family-owned and operated business, and we are proud to employ highly skilled, trained professionals. Our pricing reflects the value of expert workmanship, durable materials, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. We encourage all potential customers to get multiple estimates. We understand we may not be the lowest bid—but we also believe that the cheapest option isn't always the best, especially when it comes to the long-term integrity of your home.   Terrible customer service. Zero communication and extremely rude billing department. I was told it is “not their job to communicate when a job will be done” “they have no time to communicate when it will be completed”

  The entire job went smoothly from estimate to completion. JC maintained good communications with us and the entire crew was friendly and accommodating to our requests and preferences. Springfield Roofing is an excellent provider of “all things roofing”!

  Springfield Roofing came out to fix my a leak in my roof on one of the hottest July days. It required rotted wood to be replaced and they handled everything professionally. They also inspected the roof to prevent any future problems. Thank you!

  JC who showed up at out home to take a look and see if we needed additional services for our roof outside of just the gutters was great. Very professional but down to earth. He determined we did not need any additional services for the roof. The appointment for cleaning our gutters and installing the gutter guards was quick and painless. The crew was here on time and got straight to work. They left no trace they were here, so much so, my husband didn't even notice they had come and done the work because other companies had left the debris in the gutter on the ground for us to clean up. Absolutely would recommend Springfield Roofing!
