  Hands down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Impossible follow up. Very difficult to get human interaction. Zero effort in resolving my issues. DO NOT use this company!!! The worst experience of my 53 years!!!

  I just threw the Roof Repair Specialist salesmen - 2 of them - out of my home. My 33 year old roof needs to be replaced. Rather than climbing up to the roof to provide an estimate, the 2 salesmen insisted that they need to come into my home first to talk to me. If they had climbed up to the roof, most of their questions would have been answered (e.g. condition of the roof, age of the roof, pitch, design, etc.). Instead we sat down at my dining room table to talk, without ever looking at my roof. And then the questions started coming, first about my roof, and then more and more intrusive questions : how long do I plan to continue living in the house, is it just me and my wife living here, do I have kids? The questions began to feel like they were casing out my home, questions that have nothing to do with my roof, questions that are none of their business. It all began to feel like a timeshare sales pitch. I asked them to leave my property and never return.

  SCAMMERS! Don't not use this company at any cost. They're the typical liars who will tell you everything you want to hear and be professional at the beginning to get your money. However, once you pay them you'll have a hard time getting a response from them for any follow up work unless you are willing to pay again. We contracted them to do maintenance and repair work for leaks at our townhome complex back in February of this year. Of course, they were super nice and prompt with scheduling, responding, and sending out a team to inspect and complete the work. Several weeks later it rained and several units discovered that a few leaks still remained. We immediately contacted their office and scheduled for a team to return to make the additional repairs. The problem is that team never showed up. We've spent months calling at least 20-30 times and sending countless emails to the office and have largely been ignored. For the times they do respond, they continually half heartedly tried to schedule for someone to return to inspect the property but never committed to any set dates. Even when something was scheduled, it was cancelled at the last minute or the person never showed up. Finally 5 months after contacting them, someone did come out to inspect the areas again and said they would return the following week to make the repairs. It's been 2 weeks since that empty promise was made and still the office has refused to commit to helping. I have filed a complaint with the BBB because nobody should have to go through what we are. These people lack ethics and integrity, buyer beware.

  We just had Specialist Roofing and Repair finish our new roof. From beginning to end, everyone involved was amazing. A shout out to Bo and Oswaldo who dealt with us personally, and all the many workers who worked so hard during the summer heat. They all did a great job, and we can say enough about how professional and kind everyone was. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a repair of, or new roof.

  This company is extremely professional and the quality of work they do is first rate. They warn you when they'll be there, show up on time, are efficient and know their stuff. They clean up after the job. The Forman of my job was very nice to work with. Highest recommend.

  Me and my wife recently purchased a home. The inspection report mentioned a possible roof leak. We contacted Specialist Roofing & Repair for a home inspection. Noah Jones from the company arrived on time and fully equipped. He was such a stand up gentleman. The impression he left was enough for me to know I can trust the company and his evaluation. Thank you Noah! It just turned out when Noah Jones inputted our address, he found an existing profile! The previous homeowner used the services of Specialist Roofing & Repair about three years ago. Lucky for me, the repairs that were recommended in the inspection report were already taken care of. Noah pulled up the record and showed me photos of all the work. They do such a good job! Noah was even willing to go the extra mile. He personally cleaned the entire roof and the gutters. Wow! Amazing! Thank you Noah.   Excellent service from start to finish. Guy Labbe was organized, detailed, and kept me updated through the entire skylight and roof vent cap project. The technicians were punctual, clean, and very considerate of the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

  I had a recent re-roof job done and I made the right decision by hiring them. My sales rep Bo Hovanesian got my project started and was always available to the end. From the tear off to completion, everything was professionally done. Osvaldo, project manager was at my home everyday to oversee the project. I can’t forget Grace who ensured my project was scheduled timely. The workers cleaned up every day and most importantly, the roof looks great.
