My neighbor here in Chula Vista told me to check out CFR after they did a quick fix for her last summer and I am glad I listened. I had some flashing that was pulling away from the chimney and was worried about water getting into the attic during the next storm. They showed up when they said they would and just knocked it out without any drama or hidden fees. It is nice to find a local crew that just does what they say they are going to do.

Honestly, I was dreading having to deal with my roof after seeing some of the horror stories online about contractors in the West Hollywood area. This team actually made the whole thing pretty painless though. They showed up exactly when …

I was literally putting buckets under the ceiling yesterday when that storm rolled through because our roof finally gave up on us. It’s such a stressful feeling hearing water hitting your floorboards while it’s still pouring outside. I called around in a panic and these guys were the only ones who actually picked up the phone and got someone out here to tarp things off before the damage got worse. They were super professional about the whole mess and didn't try to take advantage of the emergency situation with crazy pricing. I’m definitely keeping their number saved for whenever the next big weather event hits.

I was really impressed with CFR I’ve dealt with contractors who disappear halfway through a job, but this team was different. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the entire tear-off and replacement in record time. …

Cause of the rain our roof started to leak. We called up California First Roofing after reading great reviews. Lior came over and quoted the job the next day. We really liked that there were no hidden costs; we had received a few other quotes, but they felt less transparent and used cheaper products. Work started on time and was completed in just 3 days. The crew did a fabulous job, and everything was done with great attention to detail. Some of our gutter sections were tricky due to other structures, but they got them in perfectly. Nice job! Don't hesitate to call them!

Finding a crew that actually pays attention to the flashing and venting is harder than you’d think, but these guys nailed the details. We had a few persistent leaks around the chimney that two other companies failed to fix, so we decided it …

Honestly, I was pretty nervous about getting the roof redone because I’ve heard so many horror stories about contractors leaving a mess or taking forever. I'm glad I went with this crew though because they were super professional from the first estimate until the final inspection. The crew worked their tails off and the shingles look way better than the old ones ever did. If you need a solid roofing company that actually communicates with you, this is the one to call.

Ive worked with plenty of vendors over the years, but this is hands down one of the most professional crews I've hired for a project in Los Angeles. The lead guy came out the same day I called, had a quote to me by that afternoon, and we …

I noticed a leak after the last big rain and started hunting for a team that wouldn't just give me a lowball estimate full of assumptions. This roofing team wasn't the cheapest bid I got, but they were definitely the most thorough, since they included things like fascia and plywood replacement in the initial quote. The crew moved incredibly fast from the contract phase to actually starting the work, and the guys on site were so tidy that the neighbors kept commenting on how clean the yard stayed. I ended up having them redo all my fascia boards and gutters too, and the white trim they installed totally changed the look of the house.

We discovered a roof leak. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get anyone out before an upcoming storm, so I looked for companies located nearby. I called California First Roofing and spoke to Lior. He was able to correctly guess the location …

Our home in Chula Vista needed a full roof replacement and this team delivered excellent service. They were professional, respectful of our space, and communicated every step of the way. The new roof looks amazing and made a big difference in how our home feels. They even handled the permits and inspections without any hassle. Very happy we went with them.

The roof was just completed by California First Roofing. I must say, this roofing company is Number 1 rated with me as the best roofing company. From the initial inspection, removal of old roof, to new roof installation has been awesome. The workmanship on the roof, the professionalism and ensuring the customer is "Happy and Satisfied", is a benchmark for other contractors to use in their business. Thank you.
