well thank you for taking the time and leaving a comment on my company but I really don't know who you are I have no idea I haven't treated you but if you need help don't hesitate to contact me I am available to take care of my business, sometimes if I don't answer calls you can leave a message, and as soon as I can, I will call you back. If I don't answer, that mean that I am very busy and I don't remember having gone to see any job and reach an agreement because when I go to see a job and reach an agreement, I send a proposal and if you have that can you send it to me by message please so I can find out who you are

We had an appointment to meet at my rental property for a roof replacement. The property is an hour away from my home. Not only did he not show up for our appointment. He didn’t even call to cancel. I waited for an hour and a half, called him 3 times and he didn’t even bother to answer the phone. So I sent a text message. He has an iPhone I could see that he "read" my message and he didn’t even bother to respond To that either. Extremely unprofessional! total waste of time! if this company couldn’t even handle an appointment to quote a job I could only imagine what a nightmare an actual installation would be. I would completely steer clear of them altogether.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately there was no such an appointment with you. I did receive calls from you and I gave you a call back but you started to say random names. You didn’t send me an address either so how am I supposed to go … More

I had an excellent experience with SP Roofing LLC. They replaced my roof, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were very professional, reliable, and maintained great communication throughout the entire project. They also provide an excellent workmanship warranty, which gave me great confidence in the quality of their work. The crew was punctual, kept the job site clean, and completed the project on time. I highly recommend SP Roofing LLC. If anyone needs roofing or siding services, they are an excellent choice.

Segundo and his team did an amazing job clearing a massive amount of snow from a very difficult roof. Very quick response time, thorough work, courteous, and professional. Can’t ask for anything more.

Do not bother calling anyone else. SP will not be the cheapest option you find, but they are fairly priced and for the quality and care provided, they are a bargain. After submitting a contact form regarding ice dams, Segundo called me quickly and even came by to assess that same day, which was a Sunday evening. He and his crew were on-site the next day. They were incredibly careful with the roof, clearing more snow than I expected with care to not damage the shingles or skylights. They went above and beyond by clearing the perimeter of the house, not just the walkways, where snow came off the roof. At this point, I would have been happy. But his crew still showed care and attention to detail by getting the ice off they could and putting roof safe salt where the dams were thick. They even returned a few days later to break up the remaining stubborn ice before the next storm. They went above and beyond and at no point tried to sell me anything, upcharge, or nickle and dime. They are hard-working, kind, and acted with urgency to protect my home from damage.

I contacted S&P about snow removal from my roof from the last storm. They returned my call very quickly and came out in a half hour to provide an estimate. We agreed on price and within 1 hr the crew was here removing the snow. Excellent job. I would highly recommend recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I've never been so impressed by a contractor that I felt the need to write a review until Segundo and his crew put a new roof on the house! My mother is elderly & can be anxious but Jo-Ann & Segundo took the time helped her with everything throughout the process, including taking the lead with the insurance company. Also, Segundo's eye for design & detail is top notch. From the color of the shingles, drip edge, vent flashing & copper flashing on the chimney, he knew what would look better & I am so glad we trusted him to do the job! The entire crew was great & there was no sign they were even there when the job was done, not even a leaf off the peony trees. He even came in to make sure everything was under control when a plumbing fixture broke. We will using them again for another project!

I recently had the pleasure of working with SP Roofing LLC for the installation of skylights and a new roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident in every step of the process. They were timely, always showing up when they said they would, and completed the job efficiently without compromising on quality. Our roof was pretty old, they replaced with a pretty high quality 3-tab shingles. The new roof and skylights look amazing, and the quality of their work is top-notch. They did it in a single day and carefully cleaned the whole yard afterwards. I worked directly with Segundo and his wife from the beginning and throughout the installation process and highly recommend SP Roofing LLC to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and courteous roofing professionals!
