  Mrs. Guihong, Thank you for your review. I would appreciate it if your feedback accurately reflected the history of our work together, as I have completed multiple roofing projects for you. Regarding the first project mentioned in your review, you stated it included plywood. However, my records show it did not. When I shared this information with you, you noted it was an honest mistake on your end. Furthermore, my records indicate that I advised you on the proper course of action at the time, but you requested that I match another general contractor's pricing for that scope of work, which I did. While I remain willing to assist you, we cannot provide labor and materials for plywood across the entire property at the same rates we charged in 2017. I ask that you please be fair and honest in your public reviews.

  Not good for business. Took contractors about two weeks to finish my roof job, some days they weren't showing up because they were working on other jobs but gave me excuses as to why they didn't come. They didn't replace all gutters as promised and discussed. Once they were "done" I pointed out a hole (opening) that was caused during them stripping the roof and they promised to come back and repair the exposed area. never did. Its been 2 years and I spent 26,500 for the roof work and I am not totally satisfied. Every time I remind the owner of the hole, he pretends to call one of his workers to come fix it but never comes to rectify problem. The hole(exposure) on the side of roof allows squirrels and birds to go inside for shelter etc. I spent way too much money to be treated this way.

  Mrs. Keysha. We are grateful for the opportunity. Out of all other reputable competitors we were one the lowest bid. We did everything and more that we promised in regard to our contract. You had an issue with your chimney and your claimed that it was the product that we installed, we had to get with the Rep of the company on the phone with you to explain to you that you it was your chimney. You also claimed that we made a hole in your window, before and after picture proved that it wasn't anything that came from a member my team and later on you told me that it was there before. We only did the roof and the Gutters. Issues that you have with soffit and or fascia board is something different. The condition of the weather play part in terms of a full working day. If weather is a concern, members of my team will not work. Safety is first and we take that seriously. I am happy to do more and help as much as we can, but we appreciate understanding and fairness in return. It has been 2 years since we have completed your roof, but you have no issues with the roof, I guess we did our job and I hope that those who are reading your review can look at my response to your particular review and make decision based on all reviews and just one. Thanks again for the opportunity.

  Preference came out and installed our new roof (shingles, underlayment, replaced sheathing, new drip edges, roof vents, flashing, etc.), as well as replaced our gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. I could not have asked for a better contractor! Super professional, experienced, clean, excellent equipment… serious experts looking out for their customers. I also cannot believe what a stand up guy the owner Steavinsonn is. He is a star communicator that does the job right, never cutting corners… so much so that I felt confident to leave for the day, trusting they were doing great work. And they certainly did! Would give a million stars if I could. Would def work with them again.
