  This Company is horrible!! They took weeks to not even finish a job they started. During this time there big Machine “broke down“ as the owner put it ( but from what I was told he took a vacation in the middle of the job ) and the day he showed up got the thing working just fine. After Moving a dumpster into the middle of the driveway so he could get his Machine out the owner was asked if he was going to move the dumpster back into place the owner replied “I can’t move it “. The only thing I see from this Business is poor excuses and bad businessman.

  Hello Frank, sorry that you feel that way. When I spoke to the owner of the property he had assured me that leaving my "machine" in the back driveway was ok. I understand that you were inconvenienced not having your parking space, but Dan said it would be ok. I didn't anticipate it taking me a week to move it, however I cant work in below freezing temperature with 13'' of snow either. I find it very unfortunate that google allows anybody to comment on anyone's business profile even when I didn't do the work for them. Maybe one day you'll understand my position and rethink your comment.

  During the severe storm on July 21, 2026, the rear room of my home sustained significant water intrusion due to a roofing failure. The volume of rainfall was so substantial that the gutters overflowed, allowing water to back up and penetrate the roof system. By the time I discovered the issue, there were approximately three inches of standing water on the floor. Fortunately, the damage was limited to a few boxes of documents. My first instinct was to search Google for roofing contractors. I proceeded to call the companies that appeared in the search results. The first five calls were answered by AI systems rather than actual people. On the fifth call, I finally reached a live person, but it quickly became apparent that she lacked the experience to handle what was clearly an urgent roofing emergency, so I ended the call. My sixth call was to Fairfield Roofing, and I only wish I had found them sooner. Had they ranked higher in the search results, I would have saved myself considerable time and frustration. The phone was answered immediately by a real person—Sal, the owner. I explained the situation, and without hesitation he said, “I’ll be there tomorrow morning at 9:00.” The next morning, Sal arrived exactly on time with his crew. After inspecting the roof, we discussed whether the damage could be repaired or whether a full roof replacement would be necessary. Rather than trying to sell me an entirely new roof, Sal proposed a repair solution that only someone with decades of experience would have identified. It was practical, cost-effective, and exactly what the situation required. As someone who owns multiple properties and routinely manages construction and renovation projects, I have a solid understanding of what constitutes fair pricing. Sal’s proposal was more than reasonable. I told him that if he could complete the work that day, he had the job. Over the next six hours, his crew reframed a section of the roof, eliminated a problematic gutter configuration

  I had called Sal one morning following a leak we had in our roof. He and a member of his team came within two hours of me calling and immediately hopped up on the roof to investigate. Within minutes to was able to uncover multiple leaks. He was able to fix the issue right away. Due to the age and condition of our roof though we decided it was time for a replacement. Without hesitation, we knew we wanted to use Fairfield Roofing. Within a week Sal and his team were replacing our roof. This crew worked efficiently, professionally, timely, and very friendly. As they worked Sal would provide updates and walk me through what the team was doing. After receiving multiple estimates, not only was Fairfield Roofing affordable but the quality of their work was outstanding. I recommend Sal and his team for any roofing job.
