This company calls from numbers that say out of service when calling back or the person is on the phone and you get a beep. They called and spooked my wife by knowing her name and street without her reaching out first. Then on a Sunday I …

Reply from the business
Hi, I believe there’s been a mix-up. Our company does not cold call customers, and we don’t have any women on staff who handle scheduling calls. It sounds like you may have been contacted by a different company. We take our reputation seriously and would never reach out in the way you described. If you’d like, please feel free to call us directly so we can clear up any confusion.

Very unprofessional. Continues to say they will get back with you and all you get is crickets. Just bad business!

We called for an estimate . They sent some subcontractors out . They told us they'd be back the following Monday never heard from them again . Very unprofessional and please send someone who speaks english to your next customer . One star is too high but that's the lowest rating I could give

What Southern Roofing Inc says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Licensed
“…We have since become licensed in Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia…”
24/7 emergency call-out
“…knowing that they can call on us 24/7, and we will be there in your time of…”
Their site also states: states a founding year.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 16, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
