  My wife and I were looking forward to having Lyons install our new roof. We heard good things about them and read several positive reviews. Unfortunately, this did not match the actual experience we had with Lyons. Poor Communication: Communication was poor throughout the process. Several times we were told they would follow up with answers to certain questions or have quote details ready by a certain time. Each time the follow up either never happened or I had to reach back out and ask them to respond. One example, on the final day of roofing, the crew told me they had one small place to complete, and they would be back out the following Monday to finish. That Monday came and gone with no communication from Lyons. Someone from Lyons did come and park in my driveway for 10 mins that day but they never got out of the car or let us know he was there. The following day, I texted my contact at Lyons to ask what the timeline was to complete my roof. He said, to his knowledge the job was completely done. I told him that was not the communication from the roofing crew. After several hours I had to text him again and ask for a follow up to my message saying the job was not done. He then replied to say he was getting materials and it would be completed that day. It was ultimately completed that day after my reach out. Sloppy Work Conditions: Once Lyons did begin working on the new roof, it took them about 3 days to complete the job, which I believe is reasonable and have no issue with. However, at the end of each day, they left my yard and driveway in terrible conditions. They left old roof shingles, scrap plywood, and paper scattered throughout the yard. There was trash tossed on the ground (plastic wrapping from the new shingles, water bottles, etc.) and most frustrating, the new box of nails spilled out on my driveway. I have seen other roofing companies use large tarps to catch most of the debris and clean up to some degree each day. Lyons had some small tarps on cert

You’re right to call out the communication issues. You should not have had to repeatedly follow up for answers or clarity, and the confusion around whether the job was completed is on us. That breakdown between our crew and our office should never have made its way to you, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re also disappointed to hear about and see the photos of the condition your property during the project. While roofing is a messy process, our crews are expected to make a reasonable cleanup at the end of each day. What you described does not meet our standards, and we are addressing this internally to make sure expectations are clear and enforced. I also want to apologize that your call to our management has not returned in a timely manner due to the holiday break. Especially when you are reaching out to provide feedback. We appreciate you making the effort to contact us directly, and we regret that we missed the opportunity to address your concerns sooner.   They came out and told me i needed a new roof. I could never get teh inspector to give me a quote or a copy of the pictures that he took so i could turn into the insurance. After I asked him to meet with the insurance adjuster, he ghosted us. We never did get a quote or a copy of the pictures he took. We are now looking at someone else to come out and give us a quote.

  I called them for a estimate for putting my roof on, the guy said he be there between 1030 and 1200 never showed up that day or the next not even a phone call or nothing I won't be using this company 👎👎☠️ …

  Lyons roofing was the company that installed the roof in my 2018 house. A storm blew 4 shingles from my roof (not the first time , but the builder repaired the first few times, low quality installation). When I contacted Lyons they told me their minimum repair services cost was $500 and literally told me to go find a handy man to do the job. The insurance adjuster estimate was $147. Very poor customer service.

  Had 5 quotes for roof replacement on both house and detached garage. Also had quotes for soffit, facia and spotting. Lyons was not the cheapest but came with many recommendations from past customers and from other businesses. Work was done in a timely manner and with no additional cost

  Roof needed replacement due to a failure of IKO shingles put on after 2012 tornado. The shingle would not seal together and after dealing with constant blow offs everytime we had a significant storm I decided it was time to fix the issue. Contacted Lyons for one of 5 quotes I collected. I evaluated all submissions based on posted reviews, length of time in business, warrenty offered, products (brand name) of shingle used and total cost. Lyons did not just come out on top they excelled above the others by a large margin. They offered Owings Corning Shingles, a 25 yr reputation and a cost on average 25% below other competitors. Simply hands down a strong company with a great record offering premium products at an attractive price point. INSTALL - showed up promptly at 8am on promised date and within an hour they had everything around the house protected and covered and were on top of the roof stripping the old roof off. By 12 they had the old roof stripped off and a good portion of the old roof picked up and put in a dumpster. The crew had lunch and were back on the roof putting on drip edge, flashing, ice protection and underlayment. By 3pm they had all material (bundles) staged on the roof and had begun nailing new Shingles down. The crew worked tirelessly and By 7pm they were putting finish touches on the ridges. By 8pm they were done, had the ground in great shape and swept with magnets and all trash in dumpster and hauled off. Roof.looks great, shingle lines are straight and tru and you couldn't even tell they had been here other than a beautiful roof left behind as reminder. Extremely satisfied with everything, from quote to finished product. Lyons roofing is a great choice for your project

  Lyons roofing really came through for me this week. Had some significant winds that knocked down a few limbs from a tree that was overhanging the house. One of said limbs punctured a hole through the roof and I made a call to the Lyons roofing team and within a matter of hours they dispatched a team out to my house. These guys were on the roof while it was actively snowing and they had it all squared away in less than an hour. Hard to beat the service and quality of these guys and girls.

  Contacted Lyons Roofing for a roof estimate after several hail storms in our area. There were many roof replacements in our subdivion. We dealt with DJ. He came out and gave us a fair estimate on our roof replacement after finding hail damage. Our Insurance Co. sent a adjuster and agreed with DJ's Estimate that a full replacement was needed. The crew showed up early and tore off the old roof and put on new roof all in one day. They also cleaned up the yard around our home very well. No scrap or nails found lying around. I recommend Lyons Roofing they were awesome to deal with. Special thanks to DJ for making it all happen in a timely manner.

  Kyle Lyons and I got off to a rocky start in communicating with one another and I came real close to going with another roofing contractor. However, with me being a remodeling contractor myself (FM Pro Remodeling) I know alot of people in the industry, and a lot of my associates kept referring me back to Kyle. His crew took care in protecting the plants around the house (Thank you guys, because you have no idea how unglued the wife would have become - and I'm the one who would have had to hear about it, and hear about it, on and on...) and they did a great job! Then, I noticed my garage door had been damaged . When I brought this to Kyle's attention he had Sprigler Door Service out the next day to repair it. The door was outdated and was not able to be repaired. A new door was ordered and installed. My wife and I decided to have windows added to the door and told Sprigler Door Service to bill us for the difference in price. Kyle insisted on taking care of that too. Thank you Kyle!
