  Called and scheduled a quote and had someone come out and was given a quote . Was then told I would be contacted in a few days and never heard from them again . Doesn't make sense, why even waste your time and mine ????

  Mr. Ballard I met with you on Oct 11. During the inspection I found hail damage to your siding and minimal damage to your roof. At the time you wanted to pay cash for your siding project. I estimated your siding and soffit replacement on site at around 10-12k. After speaking with you about your insurance possibly covering the siding, I was under the impression you would be filling a claim to address the siding, then get back with me. I would've appreciated a follow up call before placing this review. We do apologize for the apparent misunderstanding. I don't feel the 1 star review is accurate since we did show up and we did provide a free onsite estimate.

  Estimate was extremely high and took over 2 weeks to recieve after they came to the house

  Mr. Brown, Very sorry you feel this is worth 1 star. Danny our salesman scheduled a specific time for an appointment to go over what you were looking for. After 15 mins on waiting on you at that time he then called you multiple times. 45 minutes after scheduled appointment you then told him that your not going to make it. Then proceeded to tell him to go over what needed to be repaired. Danny then walked the home looking at all items you mentioned and then gave you an estimate to do all necessary repairs that your home needs. You failed to respond to him on many occasions leaving him shooting in the dark of what all you truly wanted. He gave you an estimate based on a national average cost. The same software your insurance carrier would use if your home was damaged. We know were not the cheapest, the cheapest cost you thousands later. We charge a fair and reasonable price to do what we do best. Again I appalogize that we could not help you as we have helped 100s before, sometimes were just not for everyone. I do believe a 1 star review is a little harsh with all considered, but hey it is what it is. Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity. Don Hancock President/CEO/Founder UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Four year later Mr. Brown called us back to his home. We gave this homeowner a second chance even after leaving us a horrible review. Obviously we were not that bad if he called us back! Now here is where it gets real interesting. Mr. Brown had Allstate insurance and their original estimate prior to DC was $1,623.27. Once DC dealt with insurance we ended up getting Allstate to properly pay out his roof claim for $27,630.02. Without DC being as persistent and as knowledgeable as we are Mr. Brown would of never got this properly indemnified. You would assume that Mr. Brown would be extremely grateful. Unfortunately after signing the contract with him 3/25/2024 we then when into starting the process of installing everything 4/30/2024

  DC Roofing is professional, competent, and most of all dependable. I’ve been involved in several roofing jobs, including my own, and can truthfully say, everyone was very satisfied. You can trust them to do exactly what they say they will do. The owner is great to work with.
