Soliciting in an HOA area that prohibits soliciting. Terrible.

When a company sets an appointment without my knowledge it really strikes me very negatively. After I cancelled all they keep doing is calling, calling, calling. This really bugs the heck out of me!

They’re dishonest and never own up their mistake for their screw up works on my fascia trims. Won’t recommend them. They’re shady people.

Jon Rich came out to inspect our roof and provide an estimate. He was extremely thorough from start to finish, taking the time to inspect everything carefully and document the condition of the roof with photos. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just tell us there was damage, he showed us exactly what he found, explained what we were looking at, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. He was friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

My experience with this company was excellent: Sydney is very patient, takes her time and gave me a price for my roof that I couldn't refuse! The work was done excellently and I plan to get windows installed in the future as well.

I just concluded my meeting with Jonathan regarding my roof estimate. I know nothing about roofing, and he was very informative and detailed as far as what was needed . I feel very confident going forward... Hopefully in the spring!

Was precise on his responses to any and all questions I had about the potential project. Has been patient with me and kind. Certainly knows the ins and outs of the company he works with and tried hard to help me understand and acknowledge the potentials of going through with Somerset roofing.

I recently had my roof done, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely hardworking from start to finish. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. They even came back out to recheck for any concerns we may have had! Not only does the roof look amazing, but the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I must add that they kept the work area clean and communicated clearly before, throughout, and after the job. I highly recommend Somerset roofing, Rob and his team, to anyone looking for quality roofing work and excellent service.
