  Avoid This Roofing Company – A Nightmare Experience I am 73 years old, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever written—that alone should tell you something. This company completely ruined my property. The craftsmanship was the worst I’ve ever seen, and they do not honor their warranty. Despite my repeated requests for help, the owner, Mike, has completely ignored me—even though their office is only 20 minutes from my home. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Communication was nearly impossible, as the workers did not speak or understand English. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company. And Mike—don’t bother replying with “we don’t know who you are” or “please call the office.” You know exactly who I am. I’ve emailed you many times, and you chose to stay silent.

  They promise alot, almost guarantee they will get your roof covered by insurance, but that didn't happen. In fact I had to call my insurance company to find out the status, which was there was no storm damage M&J salesman said there was. I never heard from M&J again until I emailed them & then again there was no follow up. Salesmen promise they would fight to get it covered, but they actually only walk away to the next neighborhood when it's denied. I can't speak for the quality of their work bc it didn't get that far. My neighbor said she had 2 flat tires after her roof was done, they aren't careful with gathering loose nails. I don't need that.

  Drinking beer while working on my house nobody spoke English paid for trash bin to sit on driveway n once filled up they took it away n never brought it back so as they did the siding all debris was on the grass they hauled it away n their work trucks smh. House was accessed by their employee insurance covered it but was told to pay over thousand dollars out of pocket which they never explained. Hard to get hold of a foreman owner of company with complaints talk to Judy n another woman all the time. Left beer cans on my grass that we cleaned up. My mothers house looks good but would never use them again the no English speaking was a deal breaker everyone acted like they didn't understand something when u asked a question the wiring was left undone n back of house they hit something and knocked our phone lines out no phone service for a week. When phone repairman came he fixed wiring n put boxes on house back n the right spot because workers did not . I could say more but I want to forget the nightmare after all that Noone apologized for all my complaints n had to nerve to tell me we still owed 40 dollars cause one of insurance checks were short hell they should of wrote that off for all we went through never again!!! And as I read comments they never heard of u if it isn't a good review

  BeAware Of these peoples fraud, they doing work with fake companies names, do not pay them,verify their state contractor license, insurance and name on your contract should match. Do not fall for their dba tricks.

  Mike came out and personally gave me advice on shingle color along with an astonishingly reasonable estimate. They started and finished an entire roof replacement and 2 skylights in just 1 day without leaving any debris in my landscaping. Can’t wait to hire them again when I redo my siding and exterior in a few years. Thanks again, Mike!

  Wow... that's all I can say. They gave me an excellent price to do the roof. They were on time to start the job, they finished by 3 pm. They cleaned up and left my yard as if it was freshly mowed:). Judy communicated with me via phone and responded to my messages quickly. I found one minor Issue after completing the job. I emailed the office right away and Judy called me right away letting know that someone will be out to fix it Sure, enough the gentleman came out that same day and fixed it. M AND J, Please continue giving an honest and excellent customer service even after the job is done. I highly recommend them!

  I recently had a new roof installed by M&J Roofing and could not have been happier with the transaction from start to finish. Everyone there were friendly, helpful and professional. M&J Roofing had the old roof off and the new one installed in one day. The workers had taken the time to clean up and made sure there were no nails or trace of anything out of place before leaving. Very affordable. The price was the same as quoted--not a penny more. Thank you M&J for the great service.

  M&J Roofing just replaced our Roof, Siding and Gutters..From top to bottom, the experience was awesome, reasonably priced, and the work was done properly and timely. They worked during the snow storms this year and still managed to get done quickly. Definitely recommend them!
