  We are very happy with the roofing work. Jaime took time to explain the roofing material options, including standing seam and exposed fastener metal panels, along with panel gauge, installation steps, and the expected timeline. The whole process was clear and easy to understand from the start. Nathan, the crew lead, and the roofing crew did an excellent job removing the old roof and gutters while carefully protecting the yard, walls, and nearby areas with tarps and cleanup throughout the project. Their metal roofing skills really showed in the detailed work. The standing seam roof took a lot of precision, and the trimming, bending, flashing, and sealing, especially around the chimney, were done with great care. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and very thorough. We are extremely pleased with the finished roof and the overall service.

  My experience was very good. I had two skylights replaced in our sunroom, and the roofing work was done well and looks great. I also needed help with damage around our front entry where the door area, lock, and trim had been badly affected, and Nathan came out right away to take care of it. He repaired everything carefully, and the door works even better now. During the visit, we had time to talk, and the service felt personal as well as professional. My wife and I were very thankful for the kindness, respect, and quality workmanship we received. It was a positive experience from start to finish, and it is nice to find a roofing and exterior repair team in Culver City that does solid work, responds quickly, and truly cares about people.

  After the strong storm, our roof needed a full replacement, and we decided a metal roofing system was the best fit. We got estimates from several roofing contractors, and this crew stood out right away. They were fairly priced, not the highest and not the lowest, and they were honest about what their roofing services could and could not provide.   Nathan at Solid Culver City Roofs took care of all the storm damage to my home, including the roof, gutters, downspouts, and repairs around the kitchen bay window. He also worked directly with the insurance company, which made the whole roofing and repair process much easier. He was professional, detail oriented, and kept me updated from start to finish. Any follow-up items were handled quickly, and he made sure everything was completed properly so my home was back in great shape after the storm.   was getting rain water into my attic around an old chimney where it meets the roof. mike came out, checked the flashing and chimney area, and explained that the upper part of the chimney needed to be rebuilt to stop the leak. nathan and duane handled the tear-off and rebuild in one day, and they returned later to put the chimney cap back on after the new mortar had set. since the repair, we have had a couple of strong rain storms and the attic has stayed dry. i also liked that they kept the work area clean and made the whole roofing repair process easy to understand. this was the second roofing job i have had done with them, and i am really glad to have a reliable crew for roof and chimney work.

  Jaime went above and beyond to help us with our roof insurance claim and made the whole roofing process much easier. He answered every question, gave helpful suggestions, and never pushed us into anything. He was easy to reach by call, text, or email whenever we had concerns about the roof replacement, materials, or schedule. The roofing crew was professional, respectful of our property, and did a great job protecting the area while they worked. The proposal was clear, detailed, and included shingle samples so it was easy to compare roofing options and materials. nathan was easy to talk with and patiently answered all my questions over several calls, which made the whole roofing process feel simple and stress free. The crew arrived on time, stayed organized, and completed the job a day ahead of schedule. jaime, the foreman, was great to work with and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. At the end of each work day, they cleaned the yard well, hauled away debris, and kept the property neat.
