  I called for a roofing quote and made an appointment which was confirmed on the phone. Without letting me know, they farmed my appointment out to some construction company in South Gate. When the construction company called I was confused and told them I already had an appointment with Roofing Works. So obviously no one came, time wasted, dishonesty leading to confusion. If you don't have roofers just tell me that and I'll call someone else.

  After a strong wind storm knocked a lot of shingles off my roof, i reached out after a friend’s recommendation. luke came out very fast to inspect the roofing damage, explain what was going on, and do a temporary patch to help protect the house from more leaks. he even stayed while i called my insurance company in case they needed details about the roof repair. The whole process felt simple and stress-free because he guided me through each step. i did not know much about roofing, but richard took the time to answer my questions and explain the repair and replacement work clearly. My new roof looks beautiful, the shingles were installed with great care, and the metal trim was matched perfectly. i am very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service.

  I noticed a Roofing Works yard sign on a nearby home and, since I needed gutter repair and some roof edge work, I looked into their reviews along with another local roofing company in Culver City. After getting estimates from both, this one came in a little higher, but the quote included more value, like handling the needed permit and, most importantly, installing the rubber liner properly under three rows of shingles instead of only sliding it under the bottom row. I chose them and had the same great experience others describe. The crew was professional, easy to reach, and did excellent roofing and gutter work. They finished sooner than expected, kept the job organized, and explained the process clearly. There were no unexpected issues or extra charges. The repair looks solid, the shingles were handled the right way, and the gutter area now drains much better. I would gladly use them again for roofing, gutters, or other related exterior repairs.

  Jesse came out to look over my roof drainage and gutter replacement project, and was very professional and helpful. Jesse explained the full roofing and gutter process step by step, answered my questions clearly, and provided a quote the same day. The new gutters were installed soon after, and the finished work looked great with no problems at all. The crew handled the installation while I was away, and when I got back everything was clean and orderly like they had never been there. They did a solid job protecting the property and making sure the gutter system fit the roofline well for proper water flow. Jesse also followed up after the work was completed and even stopped by again to check the finished job and make sure I was fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for roofing and gutter services.

  My wife and I are very thankful for the roof repair help we received. We had first hired another roofer, but the job turned out to be too complicated for them, and they left a big opening in our roof right before rain moved through Culver City. Even before that, Caleb had stopped by to check on the situation and kindly shared a few roofing supplies, which showed real care and professionalism. The next morning, Richard quickly sent a roofing crew out, and they got to work right away. Caleb and the team repaired the damaged roof area, fixed the poorly installed roof vents, and made sure everything was sealed and done the right way. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and gave us confidence that our home was protected again. The workmanship was excellent, the service was honest and dependable, and the price was very fair for the quality of the roofing work. We truly appreciate the fast response, attention to detail, and the way the crew handled a stressful situation. We highly recommend them for roof repair and related roofing services.

  We had a few leaks in our tile roof, and some water had started getting into a wall and even dampened a carpet. After a full roof inspection, the crew showed me that the old underlayment beneath the tile had worn out and was the main cause of the problem. They gave us a fair price for the roofing work, replaced the underlayment, and did very solid work from start to finish. After the repair, I noticed a couple of small damp spots near the roofline. Richard came back right away, checked the affected sections, and redid the areas above them to make sure everything was sealed correctly. When the moisture showed up again, Jesse and Caleb performed a careful inspection and found that the issue was not the roof system itself, but rainwater traveling down the side of the house and along the stucco drip edge before collecting outside under the eaves. Their attention to detail really helped identify the real source of the water. Overall, the roofing team did excellent work at a reasonable price and stood behind their service. They were responsive, thorough, and committed to making sure the tile roof and underlayment were performing properly. Communication took a little extra coordination at times, but the crew was respectful, hardworking, and made the whole roofing repair process a positive experience.

  We had a new roof and new gutters installed on our home, and we are extremely happy with the results. Caleb gave us personal attention throughout the whole roofing project and was on site to make sure everything was done the right way. He communicated clearly and kept us updated by call or text about when materials would arrive, when the roof work would start, and when the gutter crew would be scheduled. After the roof was finished, we wanted a little extra time to clean the fascia boards and siding before the gutters went up, and he was very flexible and understanding about adjusting the installation timeline. He was also very helpful when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the property, taking time to walk through the roofing concerns and even pointing out a few other areas that needed attention. That level of care and honesty really stood out. The whole experience felt professional, smooth, and well organized from start to finish. If you need roofing and gutter work in Culver City, this team is reliable, transparent, and easy to work with. We would gladly use their roofing services again.
