Our old tile roof was in decent structural condition, but it was absorbing so much heat that our AC unit couldn't keep up. Avi from LA Roof Masters suggested a restoration with a cool-roof ceramic coating instead of a full replacement — saving us thousands and keeping the old materials out of a landfill. The coating has reflective properties that bounce the sun's rays back into the atmosphere. The difference in our indoor temperature during this July heatwave has been remarkable! Our AC runs much less frequently, and our electricity bill has dropped by over 20% . They also sealed all the tiles and checked every flashing point . They provided a solution that was economical, environmental, and highly effective. Innovative thinking like this sets LA Roof Masters apart.

Our neighbors had used LA Roof Masters on their house and highly recommended them, so when we needed a full roof restoration and new gutters after our home inspection flagged issues, we called them . The team arrived exactly on schedule and was meticulous about protecting our landscaping and driveway. They re-roofed our home with quality materials designed to withstand the California sun and fire risks. They also installed new, larger gutters to handle heavy rain and cleaned everything thoroughly. We are thrilled with the results! We finally have peace of mind knowing our home is protected for the long term. Thanks for a job well done.

A small leak started near our skylight during a brief rain shower last week. I called LA Roof Masters and Avi squeezed us in the same day. He fixed the flashing around the skylight, checked our drainpipes to ensure there was no blockage , and gave us peace of mind. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

As the property manager for a commercial building in Culver City, maintaining the roof is one of my biggest headaches. Our old EPDM flat roof had multiple patches and ongoing ponding issues . After a recent inspection showed water intrusion into our tenant spaces, I called LA Roof Masters Culver City for a commercial assessment. Eden and his team were phenomenal. They recommended a TPO roofing system for its durability and heat-reflective properties — perfect for the summer sun. The installation was executed with minimal disruption to our retail tenants. The crew showed up on time, communicated daily, and cleaned up promptly . They also identified and corrected several underlying structural drainage issues during the process. The new TPO roof has completely resolved our ponding problem. Our tenants are happier, and our maintenance costs are already trending downward. This is the kind of professionalism and expertise that's rare in commercial contracting.

At 7 a.m., I noticed water dripping from a light fixture after an unexpected storm. At 8 a.m., I called LA Roof Masters Culver City. By the afternoon, someone was on my roof identifying the issue. By evening, the leak was repaired. You don't appreciate responsiveness until you're staring at water coming through your ceiling. Outstanding service.
