I am writing this review 4 years after Smith Peat Roofing was hired by my company to repair our flat roof. The company was highly recommended by a colleague so we believed we would get quality workmanship and customer service. At the time …

Edit from below previous review: This company does not clean up after their work sites still. They did my neighbours roof recently. They left hard hats, garbage and old hardware everywhere. I popped a tire driving because of the old nails not being cleaned up they were all over the ground and they are still blowing off the roof a year later from my own apartment roof being done and now blowing off our neighbour apartment roof as well. Original: Roof was done efficiently and looks great but clean up was not done properly. Debris being left everywhere with old hardware and pieces of wood, along with empty coffee cups.

I recently asked how long they would be taking up 10 parking spots so our seasonal business could park. Response was I don’t f’ing care what your business does. Very unprofessional. We are a seasonal business I was asking a question. That response was not needed.

This company is doing the roof of an elementary school. My kids went to play at the park and the trash from the job site is all over the place. They may do good work (not sure) but they aren’t good at cleaning up after themselves

Had then put a roof on my place which included a skylight., work or the roof was done fast and professionally, but sad to say even after a number of calls the skylight has not been looked at or fixed !!! Maybe I just to small a “fish” to worry about !!!!

Smith Peat came and redone our whole roof top deck in St Marys. They went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them!

The men that came to do roof at our townhouse were very professional, polite and went out of their way to rectify a problem blowing fuses. All one can ask for but in my opinion they definitely went beyond. The company should be proud that they have a team that represent them so well. Good job guys...you are excellent.

We had Smith Peat re-roof our house which included a large flat roof section. The pricing was fair and competitive and the installation crew was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them for residential roofing.
