  My landlord pay for them to do our roof and window at our house. They did the job for him, and left a mess for us to clean so our kids were able to us our yard safely. And when asked to come clean, no one did and was dismissed in the end. Nails, shingles, installation and rags. Nails cut my dog's paw twice!! Loss of work for no shows. We were left to clean up after them, after being told they would.

  On this website, Goliath claims that they're reliable. I didn't find this to be the case. I have a metal roof and the snow took down my snow guards at the end of February and crushed 9 of my neighbours' cedar trees. I'm not blaming Goliath for the huge amount of snow we had this winter, of course. However, the snow guards were installed at the beginning of December and they came off in February. I thought that Goliath might give me some kind of discount, since they only lasted 2 months. They wouldn't. Okay, fine. But they also didn't return 4 of my phone calls and 2 calls from my son. I just happened to call one day and the manager picked up. He promised that he would come out and inspect my roof, but he never showed up. 9 days after my snow guards came down, he still hadn't come out here. I could have had holes in my roof. Luckily, I didn't, but Goliath made no effort to inspect it. The receptionist said that she passed all 4 of my messages on to the team, but no one called me back. I'm not blaming the receptionist. I believe that she did her job. I finally gave up on them and said that I wouldn't deal with them. Only then did I get an email from the manager and a phone call from the receptionist. Still no discount and the manager told me to go through my insurance. With $1,000 deductible, I had no intention of doing this. But I also had to replace my neighbours' trees. On top of this, Goliath ordered in snow guards without asking me. I didn't authorize them to do that, and I didn't tell them that I wanted to hire them for the job. I was in customer service for 8 years and if I had ever treated a customer with such disrespect, I would have been fired. I will never deal with Goliath Roofing again.

  Wasted my day. Completely bailed on estimate leaving me taking time off work costing me money for no reason. Completely unprofessional. I had to call in to find out they were cancelling apt. A heads up in the morning would have been great and understandable. Disgusted.

  Several rescedules to quote. Booked in August for November start. Simply didn't show up on several dates, then showed up unannounced 2 weeks ago only to discover they were understaffed. Were to return the next day but have heard nothing since. Now will not return my emails. Have had my deposit since September, very frustrated

  Called for a quote. Took a day off work to wait for them to come at 1030. Guy calls at 1030 to tell me he can't come until the afternoon. I said okay, I'll wait. Nobody showed up. Nobody called back. They must not need the business.

Our other sales man that was supposed to meet with you took on too much work this week and failed to tell you he couldn’t make it.   Brad in Clinton came out the same day we contacted him and did a walkthrough of potential exterior issues as well as a thorough roof estimate. No hard sell, and even recommended we wait a bit since our roof is still in good condition. Great experience!

  Baris and Philip came to my home and did a complete and thorough inspection to locate the cause water damage on my floor inside my home. It was determined the leak wasn't coming in from the roof, after checking it as well, since that was the reason for my suspicion. They stated my roof is not a problem at this moment but will eventually need to be replaced Thank you Goliath Roofing the for clarification with my situation and the recommendation going forward Patricia Zinger

  We had a fantastic experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating and even adjusted their schedule to meet our tight timeline, which we truly appreciated. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They kept the worksite clean throughout the project and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up before they left. Most importantly, they did an excellent job—the roof looks amazing, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. What really set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. They generously allowed us to use their trailer to help complete another project at our house. When a small issue came up with the trailer, they were incredibly understanding. We made sure it was repaired, and they continued to support our project even though it had nothing to do with the roofing job they were hired to do. That level of kindness, flexibility, and customer service is hard to find. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and genuinely caring contractors.
