NW Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for NW Roofing.

Saw a pick up truck with this company's name on it recklessly driving down the 401 going 150km+ weaving in and out of traffic on a Friday evening. Probably not the best idea in a company truck where everyone knows who you are. If that's how they drive I wouldn't trust this company, complete disregard for others safety.

We've had NW Roofing completed two roofing jobs for us and both times we were impressed by their responsiveness, competitive price, and quality of the work. Many thanks to Jerred and team!

We highly recommend NW Roofing! A storm had blown off shingles on our house, we contacted them right away and they arrived the very next morning! The crew was fast, efficient and clean, as well as the price was very reasonable! Thank you again.

I recently had some work done to my roof by NW Roofing and couldn't be happier with the job that was done. Friendly, Cooperative, Professional, and Experienced are just a few words to describe my own interaction with them. Highly recommended! Thanks again Jerrod, The Crew, and of course the Office Manager Tanja.

Earlier this week we came home to three areas of dripping water in our kitchen. I called NW roofing because they had done some minor repairs for us a few years ago. Again, they did not disappoint. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful in explaining The likely issue. I did not feel rushed and she was doing her absolute best to accommodate my schedule and rush with the issue. Even though it was late in the day, Jerred went out of his way to come by within the hour. He was very quick and efficient with the work and cleared some ice damning that was melting and backing up under our shingles. The leak stopped and did not restart. Jerred explained everything clearly and did not overcharge. I would absolutely recommend calling Jerred if you have any roofing needs. He's very professional and trustworthy.

NW Roofing did a repair project on my roofline on some decorative roof skirts. I think there are around 12 or 14 in total. Looking at the work that needed to be done you wouldn’t think it would take that long to do, but that’s where the …

We first hired NW Roofing to shingle and do eavestrough on our house on Bleams Road outside New Hamburg. They did a great job and we were very pleased. When we moved to Waterloo five years ago, Jered came to check out our roof. This time we needed some minor repairs to the roof and downspout, and Donny and his helper did a first-rate job. Whenever we'll need a new roof or eavestrough, we'll be calling on NW Roofing to do the job.

I recently contacted NW Roofing for a quotation to carry out a repair to my roof soffits. They responded quickly and completed the required repair within 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. My issue was handled professionally from start to finish and I will definitely contact them in the future should the need arise.

I was sent a message by NW roofing as the owner noticed some damage on the exterior wall of my home (he was quoting next door) caused by a faulty downspout. I was thankful for the great work his crew did and I couldn't recommend he and his team more!!
