I just noticed the water slipping through the gutter side of siding and dropping through my brick walls, leaving water stains. Had a concern of bigger issues but Victor was able to quickly come out and quote me for flashing and completed the job. He was amazing, just work through it and let you know what was done and taken some pictures to show me what was going on. Additionally, I wanted to have him check through my roof to see if anything more needs to be done and he was able to tell me what I should watch out for in next 10 years. He was awesome and will trust him for anything in the future as well.

Victor and Smart Roof was one of three estimates that we had before going with Smart Roof. We felt that his analysis of our roof was honest and professional and we felt comfortable moving forward with this company. It was also the best quote of the three! The roof was done quickly and looks great, thanks Victor and Smart Roof!
