No call no show on my consultation 2 days in a row. Unprofessional

Here’s my complete and honest review. I’ve called their office and spoke with the Administrative Assistant and made them aware of how their project crew members behave. Now I am to the point of literally losing my patience. As someone who has owned homes and businesses over the last 20 years I understand the regular/normal noise and sounds that come with remodeling and demolition. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this before. The laborers stand around yelling like they have hit themselves with hammers and such, they play music at the highest levels, they stand around and vape/smoke like that is their sole part time job and the actual project is their other part time job. I have asked them politely to turn down their music and not cuss as we have a child that doesn’t need to be subjected to such foul language. I pick up trash every day after they leave including nails, screws, sharp scraps of metal flashing and siding, empty water bottles, etc. Items that could easily be stepped on, ran over, or picked up by a pet or child. This has gone on for 5 weeks now. And it’s not just the lack of consideration for the residents in the neighborhood, it’s the poor craftsmanship as well. I don’t think any of them know how to cut a straight line either. This particular project remodel they are working on is a residential neighborhood, not some factory remodel or an empty warehouse. People of all ages live here and I am positive I am not the only one annoyed by their behaviors.

I was a bit worried about handling both roofing and exterior work at once, but My Quality Construction & Roofing Contractors made it way easier than I thought. Their project management was organized and they kept me in the loop at every step, which relieved a lot of stress. The crew was professional and the whole job finished right on schedule. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. Honestly, I’m impressed how smooth everything went considering all the moving parts. Fair price and solid work. Glad I called.

I needed the roof replaced before starting a home addition, so I hired My Quality Construction & Roofing Contractors to handle the roofing work. The crew kept the schedule organized and coordinated well with the next phase of construction. There were no delays between the roofing and framing, which made the project much easier to manage. They kept me updated as the work progressed, and the new roof looks clean and well-finished. Having everything lined up ahead of time saved me a lot of hassle.
