  We are sorry to read this review. Our installation partner came back to review your concerns. The posts on your front porch are not properly installed. This has nothing to do with the installation of your roof. We did not have anything to do with the new construction of your porch posts, fascia wrap, gutters and siding. The company you hired to do that work needs to address their workmanship. We will always stand by the installation of your roof. We are always happy to serve.

  Communication was lacking, permit wasn't discussed until the day of, contractor was unaware of payments and being out of town. The process wasn't very clear. The contractor was great after having a conversation. None of this should have been this difficult. Was also never told that a credit card service fee would be added for the RR fee until after the fact, which is just annoying as I could have saved money and the owner stated "that should be made more clearly" well......duh. Didn't even bother to try and make it right or offer a different solution. That's great you're working on trying harder and owning your mistakes for the future, but, it did/does NOTHING to correct what transpired. You could have easily offered to reimburse the credit card fees you charged AFTER you knew they were never disclosed.

  I left 2 messages to get an estimate. 3 weeks later I got this text I apologize for that. We have had more interest than our staffing could handle. Really sorry we couldn’t help you. It’s totally unacceptable on our behalf. Best of fortune with your new roof. Completely unprofessional !! I went with a company that wants my money!

  After my dad passed away, I moved in with my mom to help take care of the house. Never having owned a house of my own, when tornado-strength winds ripped through Nashville, tearing shingles off, I had no idea where to start. A friend recommended The Roof Resource / SkyeVantage and their proposal was less than everyone else so I crossed my fingers that it wasn't too good to be true. Alicia reached out immediately and explained every step of the process. They coordinated every piece with full transparency, from the dumpster, materials, labor and cleaned everything up when they were done! Any question I had was answered immediately. I'm so happy with the quality of work and ease of the process; I didn't have to think about anything!

  Excellent company, They installed a roof for me in the fall and the process was very clear and up front. They installed the roof in one day and addressed any issues I had, like installing the duct work to the exhaust fan. The left over material, was placed by my garage and I returned it and got my full refund.

  i hired roof resource to place a new roof. my contact person was warren coleman at the sterling heights office. the cost was about 25 percent less than any previous quote. the information and sequence of events leading up to the actual roof install were transparent and the girls in the office were great. mr coleman assigned harmon and sons of caro michigan to do the work. the actual workers did a great job of installing a new roof. hats off to mark and dillion. the cleanup was not complete and there was damage to some of the gutter guards during the process. i made the mistake of paying jeff harmon ,owner harmon and sons before the cleanup and gutter guards were repaired. i should know better at my age. mr harmon told me at our face to face meeting that the cleanup and gutter guard repair would be done by thursday of the current week. these blessed events did not occur and harmon did not return my call until 6 weeks later at which point he informed me that that the gutter guard product he had ordered was damaged. according to the leaf filter people they do not sell their product to out side vendors. jeff harmon did inform me that he would call me after the 6 week of absence in 2 days. never happened i had sent 11 emails to mr coleman and he assured me that the problems would be resolved including jeff harmon cutting me a check for the leaf filter repair. the leaf filter guy informed me that there were 13 separate areas that had to be replaced or repaired. my last email to warren coleman was on 10/15/25 regarding the above matters. there has been no further response.

We also appreciate your call-out of the install crew’s workmanship—Mark and Dillon will be glad to hear that. That said, we want to sincerely apologize for what happened after the roof was installed. Incomplete cleanup, damage to the gutter guards, and then the extended delay and lack of communication is not acceptable and is not the standard we expect for any homeowner experience. There were unforeseen circumstances during that time that caused this issue to fall off the radar longer than it ever should have. Regardless of the reason, the lack of follow-through is on us—and we understand how frustrating that is, especially after you had already paid in good faith. We also want to close the loop with action: Warren did submit a reimbursement request for the repair, and that reimbursement is being issued today. Warren left you a message on Nov 17th. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us improve our process and accountability moving forward. If you need anything further, please reach out directly and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Their partners from the dumpster, materials, and installation companies were top notch and also very professional and easy to work with.   We needed a new roof and I got 5 proposals from local roofing companies, all with excellent reputations. I decided to go with the Roof Resource because their price was significantly lower for the same quality products + warranties as the others offered.   The Roof Resource, just installed a roof for my parents and they absolutely love the installation, crews professionalism, politeness and cleanliness. The neighbors came by and started asking my parents who installed their roof, so when they told them, they too called the Roof Resource. These neighbors, that asked , all of them received higher quotes from other TV roof companies. So, a few more new roofs are going to be installed in the neighborhood soon.
