The owner was involved, punctual, and courteous. All my questions were answered and then some. I received a line by line invoice and all the information I needed for my insurance. The roofing crew was hardworking and polite. I definitely recommend.

Smart Choice roofing should change their name to ONLY CHOICE! We could not have been happier with the experience, literally there is nothing that they could have done more! We were HONESTLY informed of our options, and he didn't try to upsell us for the fun of it. The entire team was incredibly professional and worked over 14 hours to ensure our roof was done AND THE MESS WAS GONE! The only shame is that they did such a good job we shouldn't need to hire them again anytime soon!

Very professional. Quick to return calls. They did a great job replacing my roof. The workers were very polite and efficient. The clean up of my yard afterward was immaculate. These guys are great. Thank you.

Communication through the entire process was great and they were more than willing to fit me into their schedule during the busy summer season. Will do business again!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Smart Choice Roofing and Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
