I called these people to see if they would come out and do my soffit and fascia on my house. They told me only if they would have done my roof then they would do it!!! I guess since I told them that sentry roofing did my roof like 4 or 5 months ago but never got me a quote on that stuff they seemed butt hurt. I guess I won’t ever do business with them again. You say you are a ex military owned but I guess you turn ex military down. Makes since to me.

Hello Justin, I'm sorry you were unhappy with us, but we are primarily a roofing company and only offer these services when we are working on insurance claims. The same is true for windows and garage doors; we do it when working on insurance claims, but it's not something we do individually. As stated, we are a roofing company and we can only accomplish so much in a day and have to be careful what we take on. I would hope you would respect the honesty; however, if you call me, I can give you several guys' numbers that handle this and get you taken care of. Please give me a call, and I will get you taken care of.

Jerrad was incredible to work with. He took care of everything on site for me since I was out of state, and he also worked directly with my insurance company, advocating on my behalf for items that they should have covered. All I had to do was let him k ow what I wanted done and he took care of it! If I need this kind of work in the future I will be reaching out to him first!

I highly recommend Liberty Roofing! They made the entire process about as smooth and stress-free as it could possibly be. They handled everything from start to finish, kept me informed, and made the whole experience extremely easy on my end. Every person I spoke with throughout the process, from the people handling everything behind the scenes to the crew doing the actual work, was professional, respectful, and great to deal with. This is exactly how you expect to be treated as a customer when doing business with company. Being a veteran myself, I also really appreciate supporting a veteran-owned business, and Liberty Roofing represented that exceptionally well. The professionalism, communication, and attention to detail along with their customer service really stood out. Great company, great people, and a great experience from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liberty Roofing to anyone needing work done.

Liberty Roofing, specifically Chad Rodgers, preformed exceptional service from start to finish. Chad and his team inspected my roof, clearly communicated the observed damages, provided honest and transparent pricing, and were very knowledgeable and respectful as I navigated the roof replacement process.
