  The person they had out seemed pleasant and professional at first, even though I was told someone would have been out 2 days earlier. Once I stated I’m having other roofers take a look, (because you should look at multiple roofers) he wanted me to sign a contract right away to only use them. He wanted to fish out and scare me out of using other contractors. Even though the roofers are local roofing companies located in my town. If you’d had good business with them I’m glad for you but as someone who’s been in home remodeling business, never go with a business that doesn’t want you to look at other businesses. Low stars for the fact that this is a shady business practice that no self respecting business should be doing. I picked my roofers and they didn’t mind that I had other companies out and that didn’t have me sign an agreement that I would only use them right there.

  I needed a roofing inspection for my new home insurance. Christian came out and did everything I needed to satisfy everything my insurance needed to get my policy going. He had to come out twice and made sure I had everything I needed within hours. Best of all and really surprising to me this was a free service. I will use them 1000% if I ever have any roofing needs. Every interaction was professional and I could have not asked for more.

  I have worked with Tayco more than once and they have been great! They have excellent customer service and everyone was very nice. My roof and gutters look amazing and I have not had any issues with them. If you need a new roof, I recommend Tayco.

  TayCo did work for our business and Christian Lawyer was fantastic. We had numerous repairs that were needed and he coordinated everything. If you have work that needs to be done, we at Lawton Ritter Gray recommend TayCo!

  We can't say enough good things about our experience with TayCo. We were looking for a metal roof and although other roofers never showed for the quote meeting or didn't want to give us the metal roof, TayCo came through in every way. We had a deadline because of our insurance and they made sure they did everything that they could to help us. We got the roof that we wanted and got it at a great price in a timely manner. Our experience working with them was exceptional and we highly recommend using TayCo!

  Have used Tayco before for a variety of jobs and recently had them install new guttering on our home (2400 sf). Could not be more satisfied with the quality of the finished product. Rodrigo showed up promptly each day and did exceptional work. He willing offered suggestions on where to install the downspouts from their previous locations when asked and explained why he would select those locations considering we were now installing 6” gutters to replace the original 5” gutters. He made sure his work space was always a safe environment and when completed ensured all debris was removed. His attention to detail and execution of work is matched by few - if any. Would highly recommend Tayco to anyone looking to have work done. Not always the lowest price, but always honest, professional and reliable.
