We had a really good experience using Smart Choice Contracting for our total roof replacement. No surprises. Everything went exactly as we were told and quoted. Work crew were here on time, they cleaned entire property when finished. Mike (the owner) came to check on the job. He was honest and we have a nice new roof!

Mike showed up right on time to start my roof. It was one of those hundred degree days and I felt so bad for the men working on the roof. But they kept on working and got my roof installed in one day. I highly recommend Smart Choice, because that will be the right choice!

I Had several roofing company contractors come to my home for estimates and I decide on taking this Company. Smart choice contracting the owner Mike Falco came to my house personally gave me the estimate and I felt very secure using him to put my roof on today August 4, 2026. The job was completed. My roof came out beautiful. They were no hidden charges no tricks no gimmicks just the roof. There was no additional money paid. He stood by his word. I have a 15 year #Warranty which I’m very comfortable with all and all this is a five star rating. I would definitely give this Company a call to have your roof put on.

Outstanding quality and customer service! When I look at most other jobs done by other roofers in my neighborhood, the first thing I see is the difference in the quality of the job. Smart Choice is appropriately named, because this is the roofer that you will want to use. You will receive a totally professional job, and the peace of mind of knowing that this contractor stands by their work. Everything is done the "right" way! After a little over a year after our new roof was installed, there was an issue that arose that was not the fault of the contractor. Mike and Smart Choice addressed the problem immediately, and had a crew come over and fix the issue within 48 hours of being contacted! Now where else in today's world can you receive such attentive and reliable customer care? We highly recommend Smart Choice and know that you will be just as satisfied! Thank you so much, Mike!

Mike is a straight forward guy. He gave us 3 roofing estimates to choose from and explained each one in detail. His crew was very efficient and courteous. The clean up afterwards, was like they weren't even there. I highly recommend Smart Choice.
