  this place SUCKs 20yr old child show sup to do an estimate then tells me hes sending it and then tells me that uncle joe is the guy to talk to since the kid that shows up has no clue .. promises it all great little yes boy and then texts and says oh cant do that or this but need to talk to uncle joe... or uncle joe says you should demo the entire exterior of the house and start new and fresh, yea cool.. great upsell bait and switch ...... so why did i call and ask to have someone come do an estimate just to have to call someone else... so HUGE waste of time.. maybe the real man that does sales or owns the company should have come the first time and not send a child/family member that has no clue what hes looking at .. just that we use some fancy computer program lets make it sound fancy lol dont waste your time with this joke find anyone else that wont waste your time ..

  Approximately 4 years ago Joe and his guys seemed to do really great work. I thought he delivered on all that was promised. The first week of September, 2021, my roof had leaked and stained my ceiling that I painted 3 months prior. I have spoken to Rihanna in the "office" 6 or 7 times for warranty work. She told Joe, she said, each time. It took 4 weeks for someone to come by and he couldn't figure out the leak. Three more weeks have passed since. No word from Perfect Pitch. I told Rihanna I'd have repairs made and send them the bill -- and again, have not been called back. How many stars to you give people who just tell you what you want to hear? 5/9/2023 (Today) - 18 months+ later with 5000 plus views of this review and Joe/Perfect Pitch didn't have the decency to return my call or honor their warranty.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We set up an appointment for an estimate to have our roof replaced. The day of the appointment, we waited an hour before calling the office to see if someone was still coming. Joe the owner eventually showed up, spent about 15 minutes walking around my house then told me he would email me the estimate that evening. He made a point of telling me, that his estimate would be higher than most companies because they use the "best materials". After waiting a few days for the estimate, I contacted his office and was told "he's been very busy." Well needless to say, we found a more professional company, who uses the same materials and communicated everything with us from start to finish and gave us a beautiful new roof. I guess Perfect Pitch Roofing didn’t need the business, as of today, (weeks later) we NEVER received that estimate!!!

  Kathy, we did mail you an estimate via the us mail. Im sorry you never received it. Those things do happen. I have a copy of your estimate in my estimate folder in my office dated Nov 1. Im glad you were able to have your roof replaced with another company in a timely fashion. regards Joe

  Joe's crew did a great job replacing the roof on my mom's house under difficult conditions. It's an old house and the roof was in bad shape. They ripped off all the old roofing material, replaced the entire roof and 3 skylights. It came out looking great. They're weren't the lowest bid but I'm glad I went with them.

  They were excellent. I felt very confident in them and I would definitely go back but I don’t think I’ll need to as the roof is going to last a long time.

  They did a neighbor's roof so I saw firsthand how it looked. Their price was fair and they did a beautiful job. Cleaned everything up and did it in one day. Highly recommend.

  Nick from Perfect Pitch came over and gave me an estimate to replace my roof. Perfect Pitch installs GAF roofing system that includes a warranty. I needed some repairs once the old shingles were removed. Installation of new shingles, roof vent or ridge vent is included in the price, flashing and vent pipe sleeves. Everyone i spoke with at Perfect Pitch was super nice. Roof looks great! I would definitely recommend Perfect Pitch to anyone needing a roof!

  My experience with Joe and Perfect Pitch Roofing has exceeded my expectations. Joe was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented and honest. The Perfect Pitch team started the project on time, worked neatly and were very careful around existing landscaping, fixtures and siding. Upon completion they thoroughly cleaned the property of debris and nails. My roof is beautiful and I am confident in the materials and the workmanship provided by Perfect Pitch Roofing. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof for their home.

  Perfect Pitch put a new roof on my house last fall. I figured I’d wait to see how we did over the winter. Zero leaks. Zero issues. I also had a problematic bathroom exhaust fan. Water leaked and I tried to repair it repeatedly. They put a new roof vent on it and not a drop of water. Price was very reasonable. The house yard and driveway were clean when they left. My experience with their estimator was very pleasant. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

  Professionalism at its best. We were looking for a certified GAF installer to install the UHDZ product which is what want when you live in harsh conditions on the water. Perfect pitch was indeed the perfect choice for us. The installation was on time and on budget. The crew was polite and no nonsense, caring to ensure no damage to plants and meticulously cleaning up property afterwards. Highest recommendation for any roofing job you need.

  Really great work. I was able to understand a lot about the work that was being done on our roof, book the work done in just about a week’s time and have it done extremely quickly without any clean-up on our end. Super informative, efficient and high-quality work. Awesome stuff.
