  Last week I scheduled a 1:30 appt for a roof estimate. I was called at 1:30 to say the estimator would be late for a 2 pm appt. I told him that We had a 1:30 appt and I have a meeting at 2:30 , he suggested he come tomorrow . I told him not a good impression to mis-schedule the first appt with me and he said use someone else. So glad didn’t go with this firm imagine what would happen once I contracted with him. Far from a “whack job” I rest my case based on this company’s response to my post. They must have friends posting good reviews.

  I can tell mental illness from far away. I stay away from problems she even admits I gave her a courtesy call .as well a choice to Reschedule and she had someone else right a 2 review what a wack job ( these two reviews are the same person)

  Do not use them . I had an appointment which I booked a week ago and he called to tell me he’s running late for a 2pm appt. My appt was at 1:30. I told him I had a 2:30 appt So he needed to get here by 2. He wanted to reschedule , I told him it’s not a good practice to be late for your first appt and he said use someone else . So glad he was late I can imagine how he would’ve treated me once he got the job.

  Keith recently completed a roof replacement on our house. He was responsive, honest, and kept us updated throughout the project. The crew cleaned everything thoroughly each day and the finished roof looks incredible.

  We had a leak that kept returning on our Dix Hills home even after another company attempted repairs. Keith identified the actual problem within minutes and repaired the flashing correctly. We've gone through several storms since then without a single issue. Excellent experience from start to finish.
