  I have a clear no soliciting sign. Its right at eye level if you walk up. Regardless, they bang on the door, yell, and ring doorbell. Youre violating a clear no soliciting sign. No thanks.

  The whole experience was bad. I don’t know if this job was out of their wheelhouse bc we have a big, steep roof with lots of angles and the end result was poor craftsmanship. And the owners are not used to having to deal with issues and are terrible when it comes to customer care. I wouldn’t recommend. - Randomly rang doorbell. Not sure why I even gave them the time of day. Told me my roof had damage, shingle is discontinued, and bc of both, I’m eligible for a full roof replacement for free via insurance. Seemed fishy but they assured me was all good. When all was said and done, we got a new roof, but our homeowners carrier canceled us. It was like they knew something fishy went on. The owners response upon hearing this was ‘well we saved you $60k’. Like he did me a favor. Was very hard finding a new carrier. - During the job they broke cobblestone bordering driveway. Minimized it all with a snide reaction ‘it happens. We will get it fixed’. No apology. The original fix looked terrible. Three more attempts after and the end result was better, but the mortar had fallen apart after a year. I had to pay an outside contractor to get it resolved the right way - During the job, we had worked out that our front door entrance would be an accessible means for entering and leaving. While walking out with my wife and kids we almost got hit with garbage being thrown off the roof. No ‘sorry about that’ but instead aggressively ‘we told them, but can’t control them. What do you expect it’s a construction site!’ This can not be rebutted as I have this all in txt conversations. - Completed job had a lot of aesthetic issues. The open roof line was so crooked it looked like someone drunk made the cuts. Valleys were also very rough. I was told someone would be by to fix. I made it crystal clear to let me know when and to NOT just show up. Crew showed up unannounced. It was early in the AM and I hear people speaking Spanish outside my master. No apology. - Had to have the crew come ou

I should have been more present throughout this job, communicated more clearly about when our crew would be arriving at your property, and responded with more urgency and empathy every time an issue came up rather than making you feel like your concerns were being minimized. The apologies you deserved in those moments should have come faster and with more sincerity, and that’s on me as the owner. Every shortcoming you experienced is something I’ve taken seriously and am actively working to improve across our entire operation. We are growing, and feedback like yours is exactly what drives that growth.   I was very impressed with John's quick response to my SOS for a roofer. I am a real estate agent and time was of the essence for this matter. He responded quickly, knew how to find and fix the problem, and was able to remedy our problem in less than a hour. I would highly recommend him and Skybird Roofing!

  Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the total roof replacement on my house and garage, facia replacement and gutter installation. Also the crew did a good job with the clean up during the install. From the beginning dealing with insurance and the finalization I would definitely recommend Skybird Roofing!
