Roberto was able to fix my ridge vent on my shop in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I 100% plan on using him in the future.

Roberto fixed the flashing issue on my roof and provided valuable advice on how to maximize the roof's longevity. He arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing repairs or maintenance.

Roberto came by today when promised, he inspected and repaired popped nailheads on shingles, sealed flashing openings to prevent leaks, and also sealed three vent boots to prevent leaking from rainwater as well. I respect the fact that he took his time and carefully caulked each and every area which needed it for the agreed upfront price of $125. It's difficult to find people to do a professional and quality job these days so I was extremely pleased with the work performed today in a timely manner. 5 Stars*****

I am very satisfied with the quality of detail they took to fix my roof and their timeliness in getting the job done.

Roberto was so quick to respond to our request to check our roof on a property we were selling. This was a second opinion and there was no comparison on the detail and care he took versus the other roofing company’s inspection and quote. …

Had my decades old metal roof replaced with shingles. Roberto did an excellent job explaining the cost differences between replacing it with another metal roof or converting over to shingles. When his workers found extensive wood rot underneath, he was prompt with providing me with an updated estimate.

We needed some maintence on our roof. Roberto arrived as promised and did an outstanding job. He also found a few places that need more repair so we will have him do that work as well. I am very pleased with my experience with Precise Roofing and plan to continue to use them for my roofing needs. I would highly recommend them!
